When arrived we could not find the pack and play and they had one delivered from Target that night. Always responded quickly. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay again if in Knoxville.

We absolutely loved our stay! We didn’t need to spend any extra money on things for the kids to do because this cabin had everything! The pool was so much fun, the theater was great for family time, the hot tub was definitely relaxing, and the view and fire place from the top deck was both beautiful and relaxing. The cabin was super clean and very nice. We will definitely be back! The host is quick to respond with any issue as well as the maintenance guy. Both are very nice.

Kylie was an amazing host! The place was clean, cozy, and had all the great amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a small hiccup with the thermostat not working at first, but Kylie was incredibly responsive and had it fixed within an hour — truly impressive response time! Great place to stay in a quiet community. Very clean nice place with comfortable beds. Doesn’t have the great views you look for in the mountains, but this was obvious by the pictures and information. I would 100% trade the views for the ease of accessibility. (Which I wanted) No winding steep roads no gravel. Gated community so no need to worry about your vehicles.

This home has everything you need plus more. The decor was fantastic! Cleanliness was top notch. Jeanine also left complimentary snacks and coffee. Such a nice touch! We came in for Father’s Day and my Dad came over and we had plenty of room to hang out inside and outside. We went to Dancing Bear Lodge for dinner which is only 2 miles down the road and it was phenomenal! Great home, great location, great hospitality! I highly recommend! Thank you Jeanine!
