Relax on the screened porch enjoying the treehouse feel in the summer & views of Yona Mountain in the fall & winter. Close to town, shopping & restaurants, far enough to be able to unwind from a busy day. Enjoy spending time by our outside firepit, cozying up to the wood burring stove, playing games in our rec room w/ a pool table, foosball table & darts. There is a BBQ & well equipped kitchen. The middle and top floor of a large 55 year old A-frame. Basement rents separately. Mountain views out every window. King Vibration Bedroom and loft with twin bed. Large 65” TV. Bathroom 5" tub, custom tile shower. Granite counters, airfry gas range, Kurig k & grnd. Fire rings, gas grills. X Large Saltwater HOT TUB is SHARED, with two other units. Hiking out the back door. Bars and restaurants are walkable. Hill is steep. Dog fee, Small dogs only, top 1/2 of house only. New baby goat too!

TLC is a comfy cottage on a private 6-acre lake 15 minutes from Helen, and very close to many vineyards and hiking trails. Paddle a Jon boat or paddleboards, fish, swim, relax on a large deck, walk, dine on the screened porch, grill, and enjoy the fire pit. We are handicapped accessible and pet friendly (please bring your own pet beds and blankets). Wifi and smart TV are provided as well as many DVD’s, books and games. No cable TV or satellite TV.
