Welcome to our fully renovated house in the very center of the village of La Brède, famous for Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. If you love old historical properties, singular houses and places which have a story, you are at the right place ! Our house is a safe haven, it offers a 10 people capacity with 5 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms) and 3 bathrooms. Bedlinen and towels included.

The mezzanine which serves as bedroom 11 m2 , is low ceiling between 1.50 m and 1m20 however for sleeping is perfect there are two single beds 90x190 the accommodation gives access to the garden and the neighbouring vineyard for a nice walk

We offer this 21 m2 studio adjoining our house; it consists of an entrance, a separate bedroom and a separate bathroom. It is possible to enjoy a shared terrace, weather permitting. It is ideally located close to the many wine chateaux and 5km from the TRAM to Bordeaux. 800m from the village and a U Express store. We provide a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave oven and hotplates.

Warm and quiet atmosphere, you will have access to our estate which is a real invitation to take a walk. For the curious, you can discover our sweet wines.
