Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

The former bakery in Schweringen was completely renovated as a guest house in 2019 and now offers 2 rooms (1 room with a double bed, 1.40 wide and 1 room with 2 single beds, 90 cm wide) with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.

Small country house

Arrive and feel good. Country house for two to four people furnished with a lot of love for detail. Shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Bread service and bike rental available on request. Very good transport connections to Bremen and Hamburg. Excursions to Altes Land, Lüneburg Heath and the Teufelsmoor. Hiking on the northern trails, cycling on the Wümme cycle path, canoeing on the Wümme.

Die 2024 fertiggestellte Monteurwohnung liegt ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse. Zwei Einzelbetten, ein geräumiges Bad und eine voll ausgestattete Küche sorgen für Komfort. Der separate Eingang und die Westterrasse bieten Privatsphäre und Abendsonne. Waipu TV ist inklusive. Eine Waschmaschine steht zur gemeinsamen Nutzung bereit. Neu: Eine Wallbox zum Laden von Elektro-Fahrzeugen ist vorhanden.

The place is ideal for a short stay and offers all you need to stay comfortably and pleasantly.
