Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! La ubicació de la casa es absolutament fabulosa, al bell mig dels turons que envolten Todi, amb unes vistes esplèndides. L’apartament on ens vam allotjar és el núm 1, un dels 4 que l’anfitriona lloga dins de la seva propietat. L’espai interior està ben moblat i té tots els estris i comoditats necessàris per passar-hi dies. També té una terrassa privada encantadora per poder sopar a la fresca. Tot el conjunt de la casa està pensat per a la comoditat dels hostes, amb zona de barbacoa i chillout sota un porxo, un jardí molt ben cuidat, i una piscina ideal per banyar-s’hi després de voltar pels lloc d’interès propers un dia calorós d’estiu. Valoro molt especialment el projecte de paisatgisme que enllaça tots els espais exteriors de la casa amb l’entorn natural on està ubicada. La Christiane i la seva filla van ser molt afables i atentes. Hem passat molt bons dies i hi tornarem segur!

Huisje Uliviu was een geweldige accomodatie, ruim en proper. Wanneer we iets nodig hadden werden we dadelijk verder geholpen. De ligging was ideaal om de mooiste bezienswaardigheden, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... te bezoeken. Vanuit het huisje heb je mooie fiets-en wandelroutes. Supermarkt in Marsciano vlakbij. Wat het huis zo attractief maakt is het mooie en groot zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei en heuvels. Volledige rust vindt je hier. Wij ontmoetten de hele familie, sympathiek en hartelijk. interessant ook om naar hun verhalen te luisteren. De grootouders van Tommaso wonen ter plaatse, wat een actieve grootmoeder zeg. Vele groeten aan allen, en misschien tot nog eens.

Vi giver vores varmeste anbefalinger til dette sted. Vi boede der i hele april og havde en fantastisk ferie. Lejligheden er lys, rummelig og har en god stemning. Vi er en børnefamilie med to små børn, og vi nød, at der både var en ny vaskemaskine og opvaskemaskine i lejligheden. Den lille charmerende have, der hører til huset, er simpelthen så hyggelig - perfekt til at tørre tøj eller nyde et lille hvil under et af træerne. Maria Christina er en sød værtinde, som vil sine gæster det bedste. Hun svarede hurtigt på vores beskeder, hvis vi havde spørgsmål eller ønsker. Resten af hendes familie er også virkelig søde. Marta er en perle - det er en skøn lille by, som har alt, hvad man skal bruge. Grønthandler, kafferisteri, caféer, isbarer og restauranter samt masser af bagere. Til børnene er der en virkelig god legeplads med en fantastisk udsigt lige ud over søen. Man kan gå til byens to større supermarkeder på ca 10 minutter. Om torsdagen er der marked ved søpromenaden - vildt hyggeligt!

Silvia è stata gentilissima e calorosa nell'accoglienza, super disponibile e carinissima. Nel tragitto dal parcheggio che ci ha indicato ci ha fornito aneddoti e curiosità, consigliandoci un ristorantino ottimo! L'alloggio era pulitissimo e grazie alla sua accoglienza calorosa abbiamo goduto di piacevolissimi aperitivi negli spazi esterni. La centralità dell'alloggio ci ha permesso di godere di un soggiorno rilassante e culturale. Complimenti ancora.

Chris's place is so nice, we loved every minute there. it is very specious, clean and fits the lovely atmosphere of beautiful citta della fieve's old town. highly recommend!

Natalia ci ha accolti da subito con il sorriso, ed è stata disponibilissima ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità. L’alloggio è molto pulito e curato, servizi ben funzionanti. Pienamente soddisfatti, se dovessi essere nuovamente in zona la sceglieremmo di nuovo!

We hebben een fantastische week gehad met onze familie in Villa Pupi. Een heel Comfortabel huis van alle gemakken voorzien op een prachtige plek middenin het groen. Trevigano is dichtbij voor boodschappen en heerlijke restaurants. Giorgio was een fijne gastheer. Hij reageerde snel op vragen en dacht mee met ons. Ook Francesco was super aardig en kwam direct langs toen we een urgente vraag hadden. Wij alle zes zijn heel enthousiast over dit huis ook al is het aan de dure kant voor ons was het dit waard. 😀‼️

Comunicazione ottima, posizione molto comoda della villa che mantiene tuttavia la riservatezza e tranquillità. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie a una permanenza di diversi giorni. Esperienza da ripetere!!

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und trotz der kleinen Sprachbarriere war sie freundlich und hat uns alles ausführlich, geduldig und verständlich erklärt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und empfehlen die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiter.

"Il Colle" è la soluzione giusta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Gli ambienti a disposizione sono caldi, ampi e funzionali. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili, la comunicazione con Marco è stata facile e veloce. Grazie di cuore...Siamo stati davvero bene!

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Abbiamo sfruttato pochissimo le potenzialità di questo appartamento, perché ci occorreva solo per un appoggio notturno ma la casa è veramente bella. Immersa in un contesto tranquillo e bucolico, arredata veramente bene. Super consigliato.

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

Eine tolle Woche in einer Burg in den Umbrischen Bergen - super ruhig gelesen, ein fantastischer Pool mit Blick. Für volle Entspannung und entschleunigung ist man hier genau richtig! Nazareno, der Schlossmeister, hilft bei allen Fragen - ob top gibt es einen super lieben Hund und eine Katze.

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

The home itself is beautifully appointed, with every modern convenience you could need for a relaxing and luxurious vacation. From a well-equipped kitchen to cozy, tastefully decorated living spaces, everything was thoughtfully arranged to make us feel right at home. But what truly sets Casale Zeno apart is the warmth and hospitality of Tony and Jo. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—welcoming, helpful, and genuinely lovely people who made us feel like part of the family. Whether you’re lounging by the magnificent pool, exploring the nearby towns, or simply enjoying a quiet evening on the terrace with a glass of wine, Casale Zeno is the perfect Umbrian stay.

We had a wonderful time at Alberto‘s and Laura‘s - it turned out that we didn’t do as many trips into the surroundings as planned because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the garden and the amazing views. It was the perfect ending of a fantastic vacation in Italy - I hope we will be back next year :) We received a fantastic welcome, home made bread, jam and pasta - and immediately felt like home. Grazie! One thing to mention is that the apartment is kind of thin-walled towards the second apartment - that didn’t bother us at all, but might be of interest for fellow travellers who are sensitive to noises. All in all, certainly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!
