Lovely large bright house in Marstal of about 250m2 with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Super located down to Marstal Havn with short walking distance to good beach (Eriks Hale). The house is lovingly decorated and very cozy with a fireplace and 2 wood-burning stoves. Large 1st floor with many cozy nooks, TV living room and nice view, partly over Marina and the water. Large rose garden and large wooden terrace with sofas, eating furniture and sun loungers and large Weber Gas grill. More good bikes in the garage. Perfect for wedding couples/guests.
