Beautiful apartment, clean, carefully decorated, well-equipped and close to the centre. Instructions for our arrival were clear and accurate. Charlotte has always been very responsive and kind. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a great time at Marie-Laure's, a beautiful apartment with all the comforts and ideally located for reaching the pedestrian streets of La Rochelle. A special mention for the very secure and comfortable parking location 2 steps from the accommodation! I would obviously recommend it.

We had a great time with the family. Beautiful home. The house is faithful to the description and photos; well equipped. Beautiful spaces for the whole family. However, when we arrived, the house was not clean. The dishwasher with a lot of dirty dishes. We couldn't use the outdoor shower and toilet because they weren't cleaned... Given the rental price, it is necessary to take care of these details. I would recommend this rental. Karl

A haven of peace close to everything, shops, beaches, bike paths. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The Chai is very comfortable and you feel at home, everything is there to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The ideal outdoor space for dining or just lounging and enjoying. The plus: the large garage where cars and bicycles are sheltered. A big thank you to Nicolas from the Concierge for his availability and welcome, not to mention the very much appreciated welcome gift We will put our suitcases down with great pleasure soon, that's for sure

We had a wonderful stay at Sylvie's. Everything was luxury, calm and pleasure! A fantastic family moment! We loved this house! Functional, bright, friendly and with this wonderful pool!! In short, we would have stayed much longer... We will be back! Sylvie was a lovely host and attentive to us! Don't hesitate! Eyes closed! Julien and Auriole were perfect hosts. The location was just perfect and almost grand design with the decor and layout carefully created. The pool & bbq area was brilliant too. My only critique is that Julien should get professional photos. The ones on the website do not do justice as to what an incredible place it really is. Thank you for hosting us 👏🏼

Celine’s house is so beautiful and the perfect location for a quiet getaway. Celine is an amazing host and the way she has designed this home is perfect and thoughtfully laid out. We had 3 adults staying and it was plenty of room and the pool was so lovely to get to enjoy. We hope to get to come back again sometime soon!
