Just a short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m² house, classified as a '3⭐️ tourist accommodation', is located in Lauzières (an oyster-farming village on the outskirts of La Rochelle and close to the Île de Ré bridge). It comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.

A modern kitchen area features a wooden dining table set with dishware and glasses. Grey bar stools are positioned at the table. A cozy sofa is placed against one wall, while kitchen appliances, including a refrigerator and oven, are neatly integrated into the cabinetry.

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.
