Parking space next to the studio. The accommodation is located in a private and secure residence, very quiet, 1 km from the centre of Carry. Possible access to two sandy beaches (200m and 1km). Carry le Rouet is 35 minutes from Aix en Provence and Marseille and 20 minutes from Aix TGV and the airport.

Very comfortable queen size double bed on mezzanine (with stairs). 16 m2 terrace not overlooked with a summer kitchen, lots of plants, unfoldable awnings for the sun, a marble table and chairs. Perfect accommodation for 2 people but can accommodate 4 people (be careful, the sofa bed is not very comfortable). On the 4th floor without elevator access
