Marseillan is a quiet village, sheltered from the hustle and bustle, on the edge of the pond of Thau, near the beaches (5 km by bike, bus, car) and the Canal du Midi. You will enjoy, close to the apartment, the serenity of the small port where it is good to walk, have a glass of good local wine, taste the oysters of the lagoon, lunch/dinner.

Very well located apartment, you can park the car and do everything on foot, fine sandy beach and shops. Beautiful view, as soon as you walk through the front door, of the sea! which is very nice. Too bad the previous tenant didn't clean properly... What I will remember is the view from the balcony! Magnificent

As a couple, we loved the accommodation and the location. In a few minutes, you are over the canal in a lively area with restaurants and beach bars. But directly at the accommodation, you will find a natural and quiet beach location for hours of walks without meeting anyone (late May, early June). Access to the beach is provided at the end of the building corridor through a door. The apartment has and left nothing to be desired. Everything was available that a comfortable stay needs. Sparkling clean and new; with plenty of privacy. Security is a top priority here, and you have a private parking space in the enclosed courtyard area right in front of the door. No stairs. We liked the days here very much. We did many excursions by car in the area. However, you can also rent bicycles nearby and explore the area. So, we'll definitely be back❣️

We had a lovely stay in Marseillan for our honeymoon! The location was ideal—perfectly positioned between both sides of town, with everything within walking distance (about 30 minutes to the port and an hour to the beach). There’s also a great bike and walking path, so getting around would be even easier on bikes. We loved visiting the local market, and the restaurants and bars at the port were a real highlight—such a beautiful and lively setting to enjoy a meal or a drink. The beach was fantastic as well, with plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. The house itself was so comfortable and well-equipped, it was easy to spend entire days just enjoying the space. The heated pool was a real treat, and there were lots of lovely spots to sit, eat, and unwind. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy some time together. Patrice, our host, was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and super responsive to any questions we had. He made everything feel smooth and easy! Highly recommend!

We had a great time in Marc's house which is very well located, between the vines and the thau pond, with plenty of walks to do nearby. And that view, amazing! You can't get enough of it… The spaces are generous and tastefully decorated. Finally, the bedding is comfortable. Marc was good advice and very responsive, thank you again! We would recommend it in a second.
