Nice 2-room terrace, parking, near historic center

Bright T2 with no overlook and a 20 m² terrace in the residence. Close to the historic centre, opposite the CREPS, a bus stop is located at the bottom of the building as well as a free access bike station and a tram stop a few minutes walk away. Free parking is available at the residence. There is a double bed and a fixed sofa large enough for a person under 1m80, rather than an extra bed. Please contact me in advance if you want a self check-in.
