We are renting out our bright 2-room self-contained apartment, which was completely renovated in 2020. It is equipped with a wide double bed in the bedroom and a 120 cm-wide sofa bed in the living/dining room. A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher is available. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower, among other things. From the bed you can look out into the countryside - you are in the village, but you do not hear any car noise. Please note that the garden/terrace is not available

Villa Specht - Your vacation in a monument!

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

For bikers and cyclists, we have a small workshop for maintenance. Vehicles can also be adjusted here. Drying clothes is possible in the boiler room. Located in the Ochtmissen district, 2 kilometers from the old town of Lüneburg, which is easily accessible by car or bicycle, but also by bus. Supermarkets are 1-2 kilometers away.
