Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Marsberg

We were 3 couples, 2 toddlers. The size of the house was great. Everyone had their own bathroom and retreat. The pool table, the hot tub and the outdoor sauna were great. A baby cot and a high chair were provided on request. We didn't lack anything. Next to the house is a large meadow and directly behind it a small playground. Perfect for the kids. The town of Cobbenrode is not large. In Eslohe, 7 km away, there are restaurants, shopping and also gastronomy with delivery service to Cobbenrode. Nearby, there are June and September Karl May Festival, unfortunately we were too early for that. For a long weekend with friends, to relax or to go hiking, it is definitely worth staying. Spending time together and relaxing was important to us and that's exactly what we were able to enjoy in this great accommodation. Anna was always quick to respond to questions and was able to help remotely. Thank you very much.

We stayed at Anita's place for the second time. Like two years ago, it was very clean. The space complies with the descriptions. The sauna works great and warms up relatively quickly. The area is also great, there are a lot of nice activities. We missed the no longer existing hot tub (which was clearly not included in photos or description), but otherwise everything was great. We had a very nice one in Daniela's charming cottage. We did not lack anything on site and Daniela was always available for questions. We particularly liked the private location of the cottage and the beautiful garden in which we could make ourselves comfortable in nice weather. However, it should be noted that the noise, the nearby highway, which caused a subtle background noise at least during the day. Due to the good connection, however, we were able to reach beautiful routes to explore and hike in a few minutes' drive. Overall, we were very satisfied and can definitely recommend a stay.

A very well-equipped house with plenty of space for 8 people and two dogs. We really enjoyed the large kitchen and extensive kitchen equipment. The play facilities were also extensively used. Only the many steps to the entrance of the house were a bit problematic for my old dog. Thank you for the lovely stay.

The "Linnehus" is a very cosy holiday home and invites you to relax and enjoy. Experience nature, be active... everything is wonderfully hygge!

On the spur of the moment, the three of us spent 2 days in Manfred's beautifully located house, quiet with a wonderful view. From there, we were able to make wonderful excursions into the surrounding area. We immediately felt very comfortable, the house and property are clean and lovingly maintained. Bathroom very small with shower. Bedroom small and friendly, kitchen offers everything you need (hot water takes a long time..) A kind of winter garden invites you to linger in the evening. Absolutely recommended for people with a love of nature in a beautiful retreat.

We had a wonderful time at Lake Eder, which we discovered for ourselves from the beautiful apartment. With a view of the lake, you will be insanely slowed down and calm. We liked the room and the region very much and we will be happy to come back!

Conny's place is beautiful just as you can see it in the pictures. She was very attentive towards my arrival, and provided very clear instructions. The whole place is very well equipped, including the kitchen which has lost of tools. Highly recommend!

We were very warmly welcomed on arrival and everything was shown to us. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. As a starting point for excursions to the Edersee, the apartment is well suited, and shopping facilities are nearby. Thank you for the hospitality and the quick response in communication. We used the stay for mountain biking and all destinations were quick to reach. The apartment was very clean and everything you need was available. The hosts were very nice and helpful. It may well be that we will come back again!

This was our first time staying with Janine, the property was as described and felt like home from home. There was a bundle of local information to hand, the are is stunning along with local amenities. On property car parking was much appreciated, safe and secure. We felt very comfortable at the family reunion at the farm. The apartment is wonderfully quiet and has a very nicely designed garden and outdoor area. You can set off on walks and hikes directly from the location. The surroundings of Wolfhagen offer very good excursion possibilities with Kassel, the Edersee and many culturally interesting towns. Annette and her husband were always available for questions and even offered us a place in the barn to protect us from hail during a threatening thunderstorm. We will be happy to come back!

We spent a nice weekend with our dog in Alexandros' accommodation. The apartment is very nice, clean and quite large. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything is great - happy to come back!

We had a nice short break in Ottlar. The children loved the apartment and the extras for the children. Toniebox, home cinema and Lego were loved and the great new playground across the street was also great for our three (1, 3, 6 years). It was great that everything else was there for the children, so that we didn't have to carry so much. And if there was any ambiguity, Sebastian was very easy to reach. Thank you for the wonderful break, which was as relaxed as it can be with 3 small children.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Check-in was very straightforward directly via Oli as host. The apartment is very nice, absolutely clean and matches the pictures. It is quietly located in the countryside in Altenkleusheim without traffic noise, etc. On the small terrace, you can relax and enjoy a coffee, tea or wine with a view of the garden. The amenities are good, you can find everything you need. The highlight for us was the sauna, which we used on two rainy days of our stay. Afterwards, snuggling up to the fireplace in the living room is already premium🤩. And the surroundings are beautiful. Hiking at the Listertalsperre, the Biggesee & Co. is fun and ensures pure relaxation and a good mood. Oli as a host was very attentive and always available/responds quickly to messages and also gave us great tips for exploring the area. We would therefore be happy to come back☺️.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful setting. She is very clean and we didn't miss anything for such a stay. Shopping facilities can be reached quickly by car and the opportunities for the children are sufficient. The Spielberg has been the reason for our stay, this is great and if the weather thinks it is necessary, you have swimming pools right nearby.

We felt super comfortable in this tastefully furnished apartment. Everything you need is there - how often do you miss something in the kitchen - everything is really available here! The area is quiet, but there is still a lot to reach on foot from the centre to the supermarket. Thank you for having us! Since we already spent last weekend in the beautiful apartment, I can only add to my last review that the beds are super comfortable and Dimi always responds very quickly and helps you at any time. If we come back to this area, we would definitely book Dimi's apartment.

We were super satisfied and very happy to be guests. The outdoor area was also particularly beautiful. Everything as described, very nicely furnished:) Even a short-term change (my nephew came spontaneously) was no problem, thank you very much again:)
