Enjoy your vacation in the Sauerland in our lovingly furnished vacation home overlooking Lake Diemelsee, which is only 150 meters away!! The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. Two storage rooms offer enough space for bicycles, skis and everything that is bulky. One of the highlights: The large roof terrace with lake view!

The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity. The nearby Alme-Auen offer numerous recreational facilities and invite you to walk, hike and cycle. An ideal starting point for sightseeing tours to the nearby sights of the city or hikes on the Sintfeld-Höhenweg.

They wake up in the morning and drink a coffee at the Mühlenbach or on cool days in front of the fire-extinguishing fireplace. The mill with its ponds and the surrounding nature invites you to pause. Hiking and cycling trails start directly at the entrance to the mill. Being in the countryside faster is hardly possible!
