Enjoy your vacation in the Sauerland in our lovingly furnished vacation home overlooking Lake Diemelsee, which is only 150 meters away!! The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. Two storage rooms offer enough space for bicycles, skis and everything that is bulky. One of the highlights: The large roof terrace with lake view!

LAGE Inmitten des Hochsauerlandes. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf direkt an der Bundesstraße (hinter der Straße verläuft die Bahnstrecke zum nahen Bf Beringhausen und dann kommt das Gewässer "Hoppecke"). Es gibt mehrere Brücken über die Hoppecke, sodass Wanderungen direkt vom Haus starten können.

The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

This house is 20 minutes from Willingen and 40 minutes from Winterberg. The Diemelsee is 15 minutes away and Marsberg is 5 minutes away with shops and restaurants. Bakery nearby for fresh bread. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are provided. The house has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. WiFi and TV are provided. In high season, only rent per week!

Haus auf zwei Ebenen auf unserem Bauernhof. Erdgeschoss: Ausgestattete Küche. Im Wohnraum gibt es eine Couch (ausklappbar), einen Esstisch, TV und einen Holzofen für kalte Wintertage und ein WC. Der Schlafraum wird über eine Leiter erreicht. Ein großes Bett (180x200) und ein normales (90x200) sowie ein Bad mit einer Badewanne sind vorhanden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Baustelle. Parken vor dem Haupthaus, Wlan und Satellitenfernsehen vorhanden. Keine Hunde erlaubt!

You wake up in the morning and drink a coffee by the mill stream or on cool days in front of the blazing fireplace. The mill with its ponds and the surrounding nature invites you to pause. Hiking and biking trails start right at the entrance to the mill. It's hardly possible to be in the countryside any faster!
