Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Marritza

I stayed in Valeria's apartment in the middle weeks of August with my wife and another couple of friends and we were very satisfied! The location is strategic: a short walk from the center of Porto Torres and the sea, the apartment is located in front of a shopping center (essential for being able to stock up at any time of the day) and is in the immediate vicinity of the provincial roads that allow you to reach the most popular destinations. Equipped with all possible amenities (air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi, etc.) and extremely clean, we were particularly impressed by the spaces that can accommodate up to 6 adults together without problems. Valeria was an exceptional host: although we were only able to interact remotely, she was always responsive, helpful, friendly and attentive to ensuring that we never missed anything. In short, we felt really pampered!

Chicco's apartment is very nice, very clean and especially with all the necessary amenities. Chicco welcomed us with cupcakes, a brick of milk, coffee, and above all a basket full of oranges from his garden! All shops in the neighborhood, less than 15 min walk to the historic center or the beautiful walk along alghero beach. In short, a great experience, to be recommended without hesitation

Eliane and Vanessa are very proactive to facilitate check-in at the property. The accommodation is tastefully decorated and equipped, modern and very clean. Dining and some activities are within walking distance. Beautiful views of the harbor and citadel. Things to see! We recommend it!

We were completely happy! Very dear hostess, the apartment has everything to feel at home straight away. A few basic things such as coffee, milk, oil were even available in the kitchen to take care of themselves. Thank you again!

lucky to have two beautiful warm days in late October. We also managed to swim in the beautiful pool of the accommodation... it would have been a shame not to take advantage of it. Yee!

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

We had a great time here, regardless April weather with some rainy days. Ahmed’s place was even prettier than in the pictures and was both beautifully and functionally designed. We really enjoyed the sun beds and the garden which was fully fenced and ideal for our dog. There’s a restaurant in walking distance where you can get very nice pizza and pasta.

We were three adults with a toddler and had a wonderful time on the Costa Paradiso. Despite the approaching end of the season, most of the shops and restaurants were still open. The cottage is stylishly furnished with high-quality furnishings, nestled in a fantastic hilly landscape. Several beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops can be reached in a short time. Particularly noteworthy are the first-class and extensive kitchen equipment as well as the excellent, friendly communication with the host. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We are very happy with the hospitality of Stefano when it comes to living conditions, location, and contact with the host. We felt like we were in our home because we didn't miss anything. However, the most important thing is the view from the deck and the extremely quiet neighborhood. In addition, the location met our expectations as to the possibility of visiting the north of Sardinia between Olbia and Alghero, of course, with a car.

The apartment is perfect for a stay for two, nicely and modernly furnished and superbly equipped. Breakfast snacks and plenty of drinks were even provided. With 2 terraces, it's nice to sit outside. Beach and the small town of Porto Pollo with a small grocery store and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. To Palau you need by bike approx. 20-25 minutes. Gianni had good tips for bike paths that are not on the main road. In general, Gianni was always easily accessible and had recommendations for excursions, restaurants and the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

5 Star ***** Experience Like walking into an Architectural Digest property—everything modern and new, high end, well furnished with sweeping views of the Mediterranean and dramatic mountain ranges. Damiano had a bottle of bubbly and a plate of gourmet cookies waiting for us—and he was there to help throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

The condo had everything, we didn't miss anything and Christine was very friendly and nice.

Simply everything perfect, excellent cleanliness, house exactly as in the photos. We didn't really miss anything. All this made possible by Alice, a real hostess. Thanks for this experience!

We can only recommend going to Charlotte's place. The apartment is in a very good location, 5 minutes from the port and the departure of the excursions. 15min from the upper town. Quiet apartment, very clean. Charlotte is very concerned that you feel good there. We greatly appreciated having private parking and a supermarket 2min walk away.

Very comfortable apartment with excellent facilities. I was checked in by Vittoria who was very friendly and helpful. Location is great, as it’s in the middle of old town, but the bedroom is at the back of the building, so it’s peaceful when you want to sleep. Thank you Alessandro and Vittoria!

Simply wonderful! Stefania was a ten host from the first moment. Always available, attentive and with a lovely energy. She wrote to us several times to find out how we were, she gave us a bunch of local recommendations that made the experience even more special, and on the last day, when I lost my wallet, she didn't hesitate for a second to help me get it back. A real savior! The apartment was impeccable, just as you can see in the photos (or even better!), with a beautiful decor and full of meticulous details with care. Equipped with absolutely everything you need and more. Super comfortable, clean and cozy... we felt right at home from the very first minute. Of all the Airbnbs I've been to, this was definitely the best. If I go back to Alguer, I'm very clear: I'll repeat with Stefania without thinking about it.
