Villa holiday rentals in Marrakesh-Tensift-El Haouz

Notre séjour a été à la hauteur de nos espérances et plus encore . La villa est propre et magnifique , son jardin un havre de paix . Le gardien est resté à notre disposition en tout discrétion , poli disponible amical, une belle rencontre et un bel échange . De même pour la délicieuse cuisine de Fatima , des tajines incroyablement bons des crêpes marocaines du bon thé tous les matins . Un régal et une personne adorable . La villa est sécurisée , mais il faut être véhiculé ! Piscine un peu froide mais nous étions qu’en mai ce qui n’a pas empêché les enfants de se baigner malgré tout . La villa est situé à 30 m’ de Marrakech ce qui est reposant . Il y a tout à proximité pour y faire quelques courses . Marielle a organisé une chasse aux trésors pour les enfants ce que nous avons bc apprécié . Un très bon séjour , nous reviendrons très certainement . Petit bémol connexion wifi un peu instable . Mais tout était parfait Merci à Marielle , et surtout Ayoub et Fatima .

La maison d'Anass est très belle, spacieuse et bien décorée avec tout le confort nécessaire (climatisation, machine à laver, ustensiles du quotidien,...) et des "plus" fort sympathiques (billard, tennis de table, piscine, barbecue). Nous y avons passé des moments très agréables. Anass est très réactif et bienveillant. Naïma (la cuisinière) a évidemment participé à la qualité de notre séjour. La maison est située à une vingtaine de minutes du centre dans un quartier en devenir (des restaurants et un Carrefour Market à 5 minutes en voiture).

Magnifique séjour passé à la villa Koutoubia entre amis. La villa, le jardin, la piscine tout était parfait 👍 La villa est encore mieux que sur les photos. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Fatima et Abdou, je recommande leur service les yeux fermés. La communication avec Sybille a été très bonne du début à la fin. Nous avons hâte d’y revenir !

Villa magnifique directement sur le golf, donc parfait pour un séjour golfique. La cuisinière et la baby-sitter ont été absolument parfaites, ce qui a grandement rehaussé la qualité du séjour. À noter : - une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer, n’utiliser que des transferts taxi est très vite trop cher et trop contraignant - le lotissement est malheureusement inachevé avec par endroits beaucoup de villas à l’abandon, avec juste les murs en parpaing. Donc ça peut être très laid, alors que certaines zones sont dotées de villas sublimes. - piscine non chauffée donc trop froide meme pour les enfants (nous étions prévenus) Au global un excellent séjour et un service au top!

This is the most amazing villa set in wonderful gardens. Each room is furnished beautifully and there are multiple seating areas in the garden and around the pool. Such a tranquil and relaxing place. The housekeeper was very welcoming and provided a lovely breakfast each morning. She is an amazing cook and we had several meals that were delicious - I would recommend the lemon chicken. The villa is about 30 mins from the medina and we visited several days. Sabrina was easy to contact and provided helpful advice. I would totally recommend this villa and happily stay again when we next busy marrakech. Thank you

Nicolas og mest Jennifer svarte på alle våre spørsmål og vi kom til en fredelig villa som hadde egen vakt og gartner som tok vare på stedet. Vi hadde et tett sluk på badet og Muhamed ordnet det på 2 minutter etter at vi varslet ham. 👍 Villaen og bassengområdet blir vasket daglig, nye håndkler hver dag etc. Vi bestilte kokk Fuzia under hele oppholdet som laget mat til oss og maten hun lagde var helt nydelig. Alt fra frokost til lujs, snacks og middag. Siden vi dessverre ikke snakker arabisk eller fransk måtte bruke Google translate men det gikk også veldig fint. Dette er et sted jeg sterkt vil anbefale for familier som ønsker fred og ro i private omgivelser. Tips: Villaen er utenfor byen og man er helt avhengig av bil for å komme seg til og fra Marrakech så jeg anbefaler å leie bil. Alt i alt en flott opplevelse for oss og stor takk til vertene, vaktmesteren Muhamed og ikke minst kokken Fouzia!

Un séjour merveilleux dans une villa magnifique et confortable. Nous avons séjourné un peu plus d une semaine et avons pleinement profité des commodités de la villa : piscine chauffée, table de ping pong, preparation de succulents plats par la merveilleuse Khadija, wifi haut débit et literie de qualité. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa avec un hôte Rachid réactif et sympathique !

Hôtes et collaborateurs accueillants et proactifs. Très jolie maison, 100% conforme aux photos et à la description. Bien située, malgré sa position dans le couloir aérien de Marrakech. Nous recommandons vivement !

Amazing Villa , amazing staff who made the most wonderful food I have ever eaten ! Every bedroom was beautiful . Lots to do at the Villa for our family , and the transport and drivers were great for getting to and from the airport and into the centre. Would love to return one day .

Tout d'abord, je tiens à remercier Abdelhakim et son épouse pour leur accueil chaleureux. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. La villa est magnifique, d'une propreté irréprochable. Abdelhakim et son épouse proposent des services dignes des plus grands hôtels. Nous avons pris un petit déjeûner copieux, variés, surtout très bon. Nos enfants ont adoré la piscine chauffée et c'est un plus à ne pas négliger. Ce sont des hôtes attentionnés qui aiment recevoir, qui aiment faire découvrir la cuisine et la culture marocaine. Je conseille vivement. En tout cas, nous y reviendrons. Grâce à eux nous avons passé un excellent sejour.

Maison sympathique dans l’ensemble avec un très bel extérieur (piscine, salle de sport, terrain sport, jardin). Personnel très gentil et réactif si besoin. Petit point négatif avec certains équipements manquants ou en panne : lave vaisselle, machine à laver, peu de matériel pour cuisiner et assiettes, couverts, verres. Non précisé dans l’annonce le hammam est payant au bout de 2 utilisations.

A gorgeous home with outstanding service, our family couldn’t have been happier. We felt at home and transported by the authenticity of the space and warmth and kindness of the staff. The most peaceful setting close to all the excitement of marrakesh.

This villa was beyond out expectations. It’s a real piece of beautiful architecture! It’s spacious, décorated with a lot of elegance and real moroccan touch everywhere, every room makes you forget the one before! We had an absolutely amazing time, one of our favorite stays in Essaouira! Lalla Tedlja, what can i say about this hostess, a woman of taste, elegance, class, and much more. She was very helpful, and very available throughout the whole stay! It was incredible to get to know you! We cannot wait to come back!

Great Stay at this Villa, the house is spacious and the beds are very comfortable, the wifi worked well and we enjoyed the cinema room, its also close to Marrakech city center

We had an amazing time! The pictures don’t do it justice. Hamza and Fatima made us feel very welcomed and nothing was too much. Fatima cooked for us the most delicious meals . We are definitely returning 😊

Un vrai havre de paix nous avons passée un excellent séjour, Smahine est très réactif et à l'écoute de ses hôtes, mention spéciale à la cuisinière qui à été adorable et ses repas était délicieux merci à elle. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus les transats hyper confortable et la table de ping-pong un bonus sympa. La literie était confortable et aucun bruit la nuit, nous reviendrons.

This villa is HEAVEN! Abdulahid is simply the nicest man and we shall stay in touch, for sure. He is incredibly kind and is very well connected to this area, should you need recommendations. Quite honestly, our stay has been nothing short of magical!!!

Super magisch uitzicht op de oceaan. Geweldig huis met alle voorzieningen. Het zwembad was heerlijk (wel laten opwarmen tegen extra kosten). Wat ook zeker een fantastische aanvulling was Mounia, heerlijke ontbijtjes kregen we met een omeletje, wisselende lekkernij uit Marokko, verse jus, etc. Op verzoek maakte Mounia een heerlijk avondmaal voor een zeer schappelijke prijs (Couscous, Tajine, BBQ en verse Calamari). Vanaf de villa loop je in 5 minuten naar het strand waar je werkelijk een mega strand voor je alleen hebt, op een paar vissers na. De duinen zijn prachtig en lijken wel een mini Sahara. Een huurauto is wel handig als je van plan bent om wat uitstapjes te maken. Het is een half uurtje rijden naar Essouira. Ik kom graag terug naar dit verborgen pareltje!

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette magnifique maison et nous avons adorer. C’est propre, c’est beau, c’est grand, c’est magique. La piscine chauffée est en option mais c’était très agréable donc je ne regrette pas de l’avoir prise, pensez à prévenir l’hôte 3 jours avant, pour avoir une piscine à bonne température dès l’arrivée . Ghizlane est très accueillante, disponible et réactive. La gouvernante Milouda est extrêmement gentille, et très disponible pour nous. C’était très agréable de l’avoir. Tout était parfait. Il y a meme un personnel quotidien pour la piscine. C’est vraiment bien organisé. Sauf peut être pour les petites choses à racheter : produit pour la machine à lave vaisselle, papier toilette, sacs poubelle…mais ce n’est peut être pas nécessaire si vous y séjourner qu’un weekend. À 20 mn du centre ville, nous avons trouvé le cadre extrêmement paisible et sécurisé. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement ! Encore merci 🙏

What a lovely week we spent in Adbou's beautiful villa! The pool and garden area are even more beautiful than the photos. We went with our 3 children (1, 4,5) and they all loved the villa. It especially worked well on the hotter days (27+) as the cold water pool was really refreshing, and the villa stays very cool inside. We needed to do quite alot of super market trips into Marrakech as there really isn't any other local shops- so definitely worth getting a rental car as it's a 30, sometimes 40 minutes trip each way. Abdou and his wife cooked me and my husband a meal on one of the nights which was a real treat. The garden is so beautifully kept and very private, with eating areas etc so we spent most of our time out there. Inside the kitchen had everything we needed (although I struggled with the drip coffee machine!) and showers get nice and hot. WiFi comes in and out but worked well most days. I hope we will be able to come back again!

Als je van rust en privacy houdt is dit het ideale huis. Schoon en ruim ! De tuin met vermaak voor de kids en het prachtige zwembad maken het een ideaal verblijf. Marwan beveiligd het huis in de nacht ( niet omdat het niet veilig is maar meer omdat het een beetje afgelegen is) . Daarnaast kan Marwan je overal van voorzien. Zijn vrouw maakt op verzoek lekkere ontbijtjes of andere gewenste maaltijden. Hele aardige man die heel dienstbaar is.
