This family old house displayed beautiful works of sculpted stucco, painted wooden ceilings, carved cedar wood, beautiful staircases and Murano glass windows and chandeliers. There was a grand and lovely inner courtyard. you will get a sense of the former grandeur of this place–welcome in my family house.
“They’re not kidding when they say you’ll be staying in a palace! Ali’s Airbnb is GORGEOUS and he encourages you to explore all over the beautiful PALAIS el Mokri. The price point alone is so worth it, and we especially recommend paying the couple extra Euro for a homemade breakfast in the courtyard. You will most certainly feel like royalty. My only recommendation is that if you are checking out and have a flight/train/bus to catch, make sure to leave time to do as it is hard to find anyone in such a large, expansive palace. Would definitely come back for a stay!”

“this is the best host I met! like my father and I am missing him now! I don't want to leave Fez because the host is responsible and enthusiastic! His two sons are extremely cute! Especially the elder brother. He always helps you work you out your problems. And he has good character and love smiling. I strongly recommend to live his house and if I come back Fez again ,I will still love in Fez. Actually ,up to now, I still don't want to his house and I want to his daughter ! The host is homourous and can have a very good communicating!”
A single room with en suite bathroom and air-conditioning. Bright and airy with a view into the courtyard. It is our cheapest room but still enjoys the full facilities of the house with attractive courtyard, roof terrace with shaded areas and great breakfasts!
“If a room is available, stay here. Dar Drissi, Kibir and Julián are incredible, and among the top three highlights of my trip to Morocco staying at Dar Drissi is on the list. Kibir is one of the world’s great humans. The interior courtyard of this 300 year old building is gorgeous, and the Merenid room with its inuitively placed light switches, hanger rack, and gorgeous blanket, exactly as I wish my room could be. A stay you won’t forget, plus incredible coffee and Moroccan mint tea.”
