the house is prettier than in the photos. The house is very large and with a beautiful terrace. The caretaker Larbi and Caz the owner are very available and nice. You can ask Aicha Larbi's sister ( does not speak French) to clean you and eat morning and evening for €20/day ( without the products), a real plus. You can walk down to the beach 15 min but not easy for people with reduced mobility. In the village there are donkeys and goats walking around, it's very nice. The village is not very clean like many in Morocco. Essaouira ( very nice) is 25min drive and Sidi Kouaki 5 min(unclean beaches and lots of people in August). Caz, I think we should put the small options in the rental price for more clarity and simplification( hammam, surfboards... ). I recommend this lovely house if you want calm and a change of scenery!

I had my best time at the villa

We spent 3 nights at Hanane's. The room is really very cute and the view is amazing. Seeing the ocean from its bed is priceless. The caretaker was lovely. Our arrival was fine too, clear instructions and responsive host by message (we did not meet Hanane) We were traveling with our baby and a crib was made available to us. The only small downside would be the breakfast included which is a little poor, but you have the communal kitchen where you can possibly prepare some extra little things. Essential car, 5 minutes from Sidi Kaouki. Thanks!

Fantastic stay, please note for future travel, address copied from clipboard is different to the actual address so be aware when marking into maps for navigation. Lovely villa, secure and peaceful. Large, tidy, clean space, beautiful bedrooms and communal area with great balcony. 25 -30 min drive from city centre. Best cappuccino I ever had from a place called cappuccino not far from centre. Maryam was a great responder, late at night, early in morning and has great connections / referrals. Great weekend

This villa is a dream!!! Its spacious, clean and admirable villa with amazing small details. Big pool to swim and a space to do eat next to it. Oumaima was a wonderful host with amazing communication. She even helped me to set up a surprise birthday table for my mother birthday with decoration. The rooms are clean and tidy. You have all supplies available in the kitchen. Private parking for your car. So much security and privacy. Best bargain. The small shops are near the villa no need to drive. You will love to stay in this villa. We missed it when we left from this place. Once again thank you oumaima for everything. You are the best!!

This is our second stay at Laurence’s properties and we hope it won’t be our last. The location in a quiet part of the Medina is perfect and the views of the ocean from inside and from the two rooftop terraces is serene. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen perfect. We didn’t want to leave. The onsite host is lovely and accommodating.

We had a great time. Yassmina was very responsive during our interactions, from start to finish. The house is superb, very uncluttered and functional for our 2 families with children. Finally, we warmly thank the cook Nezhra with fairy hands, for her magnificent breakfasts and typical Moroccan meals and for the maintenance of the house. Thanks to the gardener for his helpfulness. We'll definitely be back🤩.

Super host and apartment in a nice part of Gueliz. The communication was excellent and ongoing with lots of follow up and care. The apartment was very clean and is on a lovely street and close to all. The host left a fresh bowl of fruit and water for arrival. All was excellent!
