Holiday rentals with breakfast in Marrakesh-Tensift-El Haouz

Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

We had a fantastic time. It is as beautiful as in the photos and you could spend whole evenings relaxing there. There were only four of us and we weren't sure if the whole building was really for us. Ibtissam was super nice and prepared us a delicious breakfast and even got me several Aker Fassi so I didn't have to haggle. You fight a few mosquitoes at night because the doors are not completely airtight. But from the second night we had no more problems and the mosquitoes are slow. A little tip: there are 2 ways to get to the Riad on Maps. You have to choose the second route, where the Riad Christina is also nearby. (If people want to show you the way, they expect money for it.) Instead of shampoo, we had shower gel in the bathroom. Everything was very clean and simple, really nice and we would come back!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Riad Liana – from the very first moment, we felt welcomed and well taken care of by Abdel, Rachida and Hannah. Every detail in the riad is thoughtfully designed, and the Moroccan decor creates a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The rooftop terrace was a dream – with views over the rooftop and the sound of the prayer call - just magic. The location was also ideal – peaceful yet close to everything. It was just a few minutes' walk to the souks, and we always felt safe walking even at night. Lunch and dinner made my Rachida was the best meals we had, make sure to try her cooking. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Riad Liana again – it was a truly unforgettable experience and one of the absolute highlights of our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something extra special in Marrakech!

Huge place, cozy and very nice location. We chose to walk for most of the stay, amazing restaurants and locations all walking distance. Air conditioning in every room, the decor and the lighting was spot on. The cleaning lady/cook is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

We stayed her for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. It was absolutely beautiful. A little oasis of tranquility amongst the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The staff went over and above to look after us and the breakfast was amazing.

Paola's place is one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in! She kindly arranged an airport taxi, and we were met by Hicham, who guided us to the riad and gave us a full tour. Nestled in the heart of the Medina, it's steps from colourful souks, great restaurants, and filled with the sounds of the call to prayer and local music. The home is stunning- flooded with natural light while remaining completely private, with elegant clean lines, beautiful materials, luxurious toiletries, high-quality linens, and a sun-drenched terrace with potted herbs and loungers. The bed was very comfortable (firm mattress), with extra linens available. The well-equipped kitchen included fresh oranges, bread, cake, olive oil, butter, jam, and coffee. We loved using the electric juicer for daily fresh orange juice. The internet was fast, and the AC worked perfectly- much needed in the June heat. It was an incredible base to set off from each day- we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Our stay in the Medina was very exciting. But what made our experience far beyond perfect was Bahia and Fatima. They accommodated you in everything they can. The Riad is a short walk to the car pick up. Marrakech has our hearts.

Our experience was very the apartment was superb and the reception was amazing. positive and we really enjoyed playing the Playstation with stunning views of the private garden and the Atlas Mountains.The apartment met all the essential and secondary needs, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious.Reda listened, gave us all the necessary advice and offered us several activities that we booked through it.We were very satisfied , in addition to the rental of the car it was quick and with reasonable expectations. the house is wonderful, super clean, nothing is missing, the pool in the condominium is the best for a little relaxation, he and his wife manage the B&B in an extraordinary way, they respond at any time if you need them and are always super available, the house is very comfortable in a great location near all the attractions and in a very quiet and safe area, there is a carrefour and an extraordinary good bakery nearby!

Mitsou is the perfect hostess, charming, discreet, available and generous in addresses and advice. Its Riad is ideally located in the Medina, everything being a haven of peace, freshness and beauty. Tastefully decorated, the rooms are very comfortable and quiet, the bathrooms spacious and pleasant. A kitchen with everything you need is also available. The two cats in the house are adorable and not stingy with cuddles. I recommend it!

I once again had an exceptional stay at Khalil's. The apartment is located in a very high-end residence, ideally located in the heart of Marrakech. Upon entering, you immediately notice the quality of the decoration: every detail has been thought out with taste and refinement, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The apartment is very bright thanks to its beautiful exposure, and offers a relaxing view of the residence's interior patio. The cleanliness of the premises is impeccable, everything is perfectly maintained, which gives a real feeling of comfort and well-being. The equipment is modern and high-end: complete appliances, comfortable bedding, efficient air conditioning... everything is designed to make the stay pleasant and worry-free. It's a place where you feel at home, or even better. This is not my first stay at Khalil's and it will certainly not be the last. It's always a pleasure to come back, I recommend it🤗✅.

Yahya was incredible throughout the entire visit from the moment we landed until we left for the airport. Incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The property was lovely, the ground floor bedroom worked well for my mom who has some mobility difficulties. The location was ideal, allowed us to walk everywhere. Overall a perfect holiday to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Thank you so very much!

Very beautiful riad: the interior is very well decorated and reflects the spirit of the medina. The riad has two apartments on the first two floors as well as a common terrace on the third floor with two adjacent bedrooms rented separately. The interior is clean and the staff are welcoming: We were treated to a hearty breakfast every morning as well as a very good tea at will. The highlight for me remains the location: far from all noise and very close to the exit door of the medina that overlooks the beach. David was available and responded to all our messages instantly. We had a wonderful time in Jennifer's apartment. She is a great host, always available and gave us numerous good tips. The apartment is clean and fully equipped. The location in the middle of the medina is perfect for exploring the city, but still quiet in the evening.

The Riad was beautiful and even better than the pictures. It was a perfect location within the Medina and walking distance to most attractions. Alice has done a great job decorating the place. Abdou and Fatima made our stay seamless, easy and special. They made a great spread every morning for breakfast. Abdou was particularly helpful in making restaurant suggestions…Atay Cafe and L’Mida were both great choices.

this riad is simply perfect in every finely studied detail, we will have stayed more days to enjoy the riad. Naima is present but at the same time discreet, an excellent cook for delicious dinners, and sublime breakfasts. thank you for this stay and your welcome an incredible host of kindness and dedication, after crossing the lively alleys a small haven of peace in the heart of the medina, incredible location shuttle services and breakfast at the top, the cleanliness of the room and common areas, the availability of the staff and their welcome, only small downside the room is right in front of the stairs that go up to the terrace so a little noisy when passing, and exceptional thing works were planned right during our stay... so a little noise however it is for the improvement of the comfort of the guests so it remains exceptional. Me and my girlfriend had a great stay at Riad Belikoss. The riad looks very nice and has a great rooftop to enjoy breakfast or to relax. Our room was great, clean and looking nice. The mattresses are quite firm, but that was no problem for us. Breakfast is really great here. And the staff are very kind and helpful. The riad is located in the medina, so it’s very easy to walk to all kinds of beautiful places and restaurants. Taxi’s are also nearby. This place gets a definite recommend from us and we will come back here the next time we are in Marrakech.

WOW! If you are looking for a safe, clean and comfortable Riad this is the best! The host was the kindest man I’ve ever met and helped make sure we made it to our driver safely and even gave us a thorough explanation of the Medina and a map of the area. Our room was large and clean and the location was close to everything. HIGHLY recommend! 😀

With only a 3-day stay in Marrakech, Riad 111 provided the perfect location to make my trip smooth and comfortable. I had missed my flight and rescheduled to arrive at 8am the next day, and with the help of Soufyane (the heart of this Riad), I arrived early in the morning with organised pick up and my room prepared. Soufyane was a highlight of this trip, and was incredibly kind and knowledgeable of places to eat, tourist spots, as well as tips and tricks for taxi’s, the souks and general getting around. He was incredibly funny, tuned in to all the Australian slang, responded quickly to my many questions, and an overall joy to be around at the end of a long day of sightseeing. My room was so comfortable, and the traditional breakfast each morning accompanied by Moroccan tea was the best start to the day. The Riad was just outside of the main Medina area, but everything was still within 10-20 minutes walking distance. Book this to feel at home in Marrakech.

Staying with Johanna and Fabrice was a great experience! We were very warmly received and felt right at home. The room was nice and there was plenty of space. The swimming pool was luxurious! wonderful loungers, clean and spacious. If you stay here: definitely eat here!! The food was great. We are still thinking about Fabrice's delicious lemon merengue tarte! Johanna and Yahya were super friendly, they were always up for a chat and helped us super well. 10/10!!
