Le foto non rendono giustizia! Bellissimo alloggio, a pochi minuti dalla piazza principale, ma allo stesso tempo, vista la posizione strategica oasi di pace. Nell'imboccare la via per la casa si inizia a percepire il silenzio rispetto al caratteristico caos dei souk circostanti. Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 persone (due coppie) e siamo rimasti tutti molto colpiti. Un grande ringraziamento va anche a Najat, molto premurosa (mentre eravamo nel deserto si è verificato un temporale e al nostro rientro, lei si era già preoccupata di portarci al riparto lo stendino). Ci siamo lasciati coccolare al mattino dalle sue abbondanti colazioni. Luogo assolutamente pulito. Possibilità di check-in anticipato (nel nostro caso alle 11), e check-out posticipato (nel nostro caso alle 18, con possibilità di utilizzare anche bagni/doccia) senza costi aggiuntivi. Lo consiglieremo sicuramente ad altre persone! Ancora moltissime grazie sia a Mouhssine che a Najat!

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit. Es ist so schön wie auf den Fotos und man könnte ganze Abende dort entspannt verbringen. Wir waren nur zu viert und waren uns erst nicht sicher, ob das ganze Gebäude wirklich für uns ist. Ibtissam war super nett und hat uns ein leckeres Frühstück zubereitet und hat mir sogar mehrere Aker Fassi besorgt, damit ich nicht feilschen muss. Man kämpft nachts gegen ein paar Mücken, weil die Türen nicht ganz dicht sind. Aber ab der zweiten Nacht hatten wir keine Probleme mehr und die Mücken sind langsam. Kleiner Tipp: Es gibt 2 Möglichkeiten auf Maps, um zum Riad zu gelangen. Man muss die zweite Route wählen, wo auch das Riad Christina in der Nähe liegt. (Wenn euch Personen den Weg zeigen möchten, erwarten sie dafür Geld.) Statt Shampoo, hatten wir Duschgel im Bad. Es war alles sehr sauber und einfach wirklich schön und wir würden wiederkommen!

Grace a une très bonne communication en amont notre arrivée s’est très bien déroulée, de la prise en charge à l’aéroport jusqu’à la porte du Riad. Une fois sur place c’est Ilham qui nous a accueilli avec le sourire et une gentillesse extraordinaire. Présente mais discrète, elle nous a régalé avec un petit déjeuner différent chaque matin. Les chambres sont spacieuses comme les salles de bain et l’ensemble du Riad très propre. La situation du Riad est parfaite : dans la médina et proche de la mer. Bref, un séjour impeccable !

La villa de Fatiha est tout simplement splendide très spacieuse et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le lotissement est calme et proche du centre-ville. Najat, la cuisinière nous a régalés avec de délicieux plats et s'est également occupé de notre linge elle a été au petit soin avec nous tout au long du séjour. je recommande cette villa sans la moindre hésitation vous ne serez pas déçu ! Merci Fatiha pour cet accueil chaleureux je reviendrai sans hésiter.

The perfect stay in Marrakech. This beautiful Riad sits tucked away right off a busy street that leads you to the plaza in a 10 min walk. There are SO many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Check in was seamless as a driver was waiting for us at the airport who drove us to the plaza then met with a man who took our luggage in a wheelbarrow to our Riad. The place is so stunning with a real feel for Marrakech. It's an open layout but all of the bedrooms have an air con unit. Fatima took care of us every single day we were so grateful for her. We scheduled dinner twice and breakfast once with her and it was some of the best meals we had during our stay. She also planned and set up at home henna and massages for us. For our departure she scheduled the luggage pick up and the taxi it was wonderful and so easy. WE LOVE YOU FATIMA. I cried leaving because of how at home this place made us feel and all of the love we felt. We will be back. Thank you so much.

Ismail and Aziz were amazing! They were very proactive and extremely helpful in making our trip and getting around as easy as possible! The breakfast was great and the Riad was a dream! We are super grateful for both of them and their hospitality, we would definitely come again for them and the beautiful Riad! Money well spent and it made the trip Thank you both of you for such kindness and respect during our stay , we hope to see you again!

Siempre estuvieron pendientes tanto Simo para saber dónde nos podía dejar el conductor de nuestra excursión el primer día ya que veníamos directamente del despierto. Yassin nos estuvo esperando donde nos dejó nuestro conductor y nos acompañó a la casa. Inmediatamente Yassin nos aconsejó y acompañó a un restaurante donde cenar barato y cerca. (Al final se convirtió en nuestro sitio de confianza diario hahah). Simo fue muy gentil aconsejándonos sobre cómo actuar en la ciudad, excursión disponibles, zocos… nuestra experiencia ha sido increíble en esta casa sin duda volveremos xq nos quedaron muchas cosas por ver. Éramos 5 y nos permitieron tener una habitación para cada uno. Yassin siempre estaba atento a lo que necesitábamos, se convirtió en uno más del grupo. Y el desayuno típico marroquí pero con flexibilidad de horario. (8:30-11) incluso un día que necesitamos x una excursión hacerlo a las 7:30 no nos pusieron pegas. Popo y la señora del desayuno también estamos agradecidos por trato.

La ubicación es muy buena y estuvimos muy agusto. El desayuno estaba buenísimo también. A mejorar, la presión del agua de la ducha y poner más almohadas en las camas.

Franchement une excellente expérience dans cette villa. 3 chambres identiques, spacieuses, climatisées et avec télé connectée. Wifi au top, grande piscine, sofa confortable. Nous étions aux petit soins de la servante qui, en supplément, a fait les courses et nous a concocté de délicieux repas. Nous recommandons avec la location d’un véhicule pour être au top.

Nous avons passez un très bon séjour au sein de la Villa. Tout est parfait la villa est magnifique et à proximité de tout mais en même temps dans une résidence très calme et bien surveiller. Je recommande à 100% Mariam à était là pour nous tout au long du séjour à notre moindre demande elle a été réactif. Les enfants ce sont très bien amusés dans la piscine et surtout dans le jeux gonflable!! Merci beaucoup et à bientôt😊

La villa est totalement conforme aux photos et à la description. Elle est très bien équipée et spacieuse ! Elle est très propre et les lits sont très bien. De plus, Shawn est très réactif et arrangeant ! Je le remercie pour ce séjour

La villa est vraiment incroyable et fidèle au photos. Elle n'est pas dans le centre donc si on cherche un endroit paisible et privé c'est vraiment l'idéal. Il faut juste prévoir les taxis ou avoir louer un véhicule pour vos sorties ! Dès que nous avions une demande ou une question, Youssef s'est montré hyper réactif et disponible. Nous étions un groupe de femmes et tout s'est très bien passé. Le gardien et la cuisinière étaient très gentils ! Je vous recommande VRAIMENT de tester le petit déjeuner préparé par la cuisinière car il sera meilleur que dans n'importe quel restaurant ! Merci à elle :) La piscine est chauffée donc agréable dès le matin. Je recommande !

Fantastic. First time to Marocco, family of 4 with 2 children 8 and 5. We all have had a great time the property was amazing. Highly recommended. Saloua ensured we had everything we needed and helped with local recommendations. Our cook, Khadija, was brilliant and looked after our family well. We will be returning!

Franchement, on a passé un super séjour dans cette villa ! Le jardin est trop beau, super bien entretenu, et la piscine super agréable pour se détendre et s’amuser. On a adoré la vue depuis la chambre, c’était juste incroyable au réveil. Tout était propre, calme, exactement comme sur les photos. On serait bien restés plus longtemps 😍 Merci pour l’accueil

We LOVED our stay at Ali’s villa! It was for our friends hen do weekend and we were blown away with the accomodation. It looks even better than the pictures!!! Rhe rooftop was amazing and the pool area brought both traditional and modern vibes to life. The place was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Towels and all toiletries were provided and we even had a wonderful lady serve us breakfast and help us around the villa on the first day. Would recommend this place to anyone! Easy location too, 15-20 minutes to the Medina! Really peaceful :) Thank you.

We had an incredible stay at Dar Louma, which we booked for a special occasion. It was so beautiful (just like the photos), spotlessly clean and very relaxing, especially after our action-packed day trips to the desert and hot air balloons! One of the highlights was the food which we were so lucky to have prepared for us by Khamissa who welcomed us warmly and made us feel very at home :) The freshly cooked breakfast was delicious and we looked forward to it each morning. We opted to have dinners on a couple of the nights which again, were fantastic, and a lunch one afternoon, which Khamissa suggested a traditional Moroccan barbeque - which was a crowd favourite! A big thank you to Khamissa for her kindness and hospitality. We had a wonderful stay at Dar Louma and we were sad to leave Marrakech!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable chez Soufiane ! La piscine était juste parfaite, et même l'activité quotidienne de retirer les petits insectes avant chaque baignade est devenue un petit rituel amusant 😄. La vue depuis la maison est incroyable, le paysage tout autour est d'une beauté à couper le souffle. Mention spéciale aux animaux sur place, tous plus accueillants les uns que les autres, on s’y attache vite ! Aziz et sa femme sont vraiment le top du top : chaleureux, disponibles et toujours prêts à aider. La nourriture qu’ils nous ont préparée était délicieuse, un vrai régal du début à la fin. Leur hospitalité a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour aussi agréable. Un grand merci encore – on repart avec des souvenirs plein la tête. On recommande les yeux fermés !

We loved this place! As a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, we really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need and feels like you are walking into an apartment straight out of an interior design magazine! The interior design and finishes are so beautiful! Breakfast - Chefs kiss 😘 can order the night before for anytime that suits you in the morning (at an extra cost, fully worth it)! Also had cleaning service which was unexpected but most welcome, refreshed all sheets and gave a good clean! The pool was brilliant, quiet and clean , kids loved the morning swim! It felt as though you had all the amenities of living in a hotel but this was all yours and you had all the privacy to yourself! Rym was a super host and was really caring and constantly checked up on us. Really supportive and this place is a must if you want a quite and peaceful stay away from the hussle and bussle of Marrakesh city.

J’ai eu la chance de séjourner dans cette magnifique villa à Marrakech, et tout était simplement parfait. Le lieu est splendide, propre, spacieux, décoré avec goût, et idéalement situé pour profiter pleinement de la ville tout en étant dans un cadre paisible. Mais au-delà du lieu, c’est surtout le propriétaire qui a rendu ce séjour vraiment exceptionnel. D’une gentillesse rare, toujours disponible, attentionné sans être envahissant — on sent qu’il a à cœur de faire passer à ses hôtes un moment inoubliable. Et c’est réussi ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Marrakech, le logement proposé par Moncef correspondait tout à fait nos attentes et à l’annonce. Moncef a été très professionnel, très réactif et à notre disposition tout au long de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans ce logement.
