Beautiful house, very clean. The environment is quiet. Well placed to discover the Riviera del Conero. The pool is a big plus when it's very hot. It was much appreciated by the children. We recommend this place

We stayed 3 weeks in this fantastically located house. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes in the adjacent nature reserve are just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really in good hands in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just like a country house. So, we'd come back any time. Thank you very much for the very kind care.

Staying from Tommaso to Numana was a really nice experience. The house is spacious and bright, with two wonderful outdoor spaces, one of which is particularly spacious, where we could enjoy breakfast in the morning and relaxing dinners in the evening. The property is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, which made our stay even more restorative. Tommaso was an exceptional host: welcoming and always ready to offer valuable advice on beaches and local amenities, which have enriched our vacation. We recommend this place for those looking for a break of serenity in a beautiful setting.

We really enjoyed our stay here is Pesaro. The accommodation was really lovely and we felt very relaxed. Nice decor throughout and spacious enough for the whole family. Francesca was very responsive to any questions and had provided some lovely recommendations for local food. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone

We were in Mondaino for the Misono World Championship, we had a great time with the house, clean, efficient and with a magnificent view. I congratulate the hosts for their help and quick answers to our questions. We hope to be back soon! Highly recommended ☺️

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

Andrea is a great host. The stay was amaizing and the support received from Andrea during stay was priceless. The place is wonderfull with great view and outstanding privacy. I will recommend Andrea as a host and his place as great choice for holidays.

We did not see Claudia in person but we met Stefano (father-in-law) very kind always ready for any request, fantastic cottage ground floor with patio with grill and inside with fireplace with plenty of firewood, everything in order and cleanliness even utensils and linen !!! I highly recommend this place

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The accommodation, nestled in the greenery, was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool, a haven of peace, allowed us to relax after our days of sightseeing. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. Fabulous experience! We stayed at this fantastic villa, the rooms are as pictured, spacious and tastefully furnished. Beautiful bathrooms, each with their own hot tub. Kitchen stocked with everything, pleasant common space... and a great value for money. Giancarlo was always punctual and accurate in the directions. Highly recommended!

The apartment is inherent in both the photos and the description of the listing,clean,equipped with all the comforts located a few meters from the beach and all the shops useful pizzerias,restaurants,convenience stores and everything that can offer a vacationing place. A beautiful veranda closed with windows that can be opened makes the apartment even more livable our cats have made their room relax right away. It touches the host , probably it would not be enough for the whole space x to describe it in its kind way and available in the face upon our arrival, made us find everything candy and games x our son,sparkling, juices, basic necessities such as pasta,sauce, the the. The refrigerator filled out better with a 5-star hotel. A person who I think there are not many such rewarding ones in the world,always available even if he lives at a distance from the apartment but especially the animal lover who we rent something rare for whom we immediately felt at home❤.

We were very happy with our short stay in Luciano's apartment. We found a very clean and well-maintained house, entirely renovated. Luciano and his wife were very helpful and kind, and flexible on schedules. Also very positive is the car park in a private garage, with convenient and easy access with an elevator also for families with small children like us. We recommend the property!

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. We had a great time in this apartment. Clean , tidy , with a lot of care even in the outdoor spaces of the house. The view is really breathtaking!! Unfortunately, we only stayed one night but we noticed that there is everything you need to cook and stay many days. The host is super friendly and super responsive. We had a really great time and hope to be back soon, maybe for more days! I highly recommend it to everyone !!
