Very nice host and the place to stay in Marmaris! Amazing location 15-20 mins to the centre of Marmaris, nice walk by the beach! Cozy apartment, and terrace as well! Very much recommended!!

Overall, we were satisfied, we had a pleasant holiday with our dogs. Pros: The house is immaculate and well-maintained. The items are adequate and neat. The hosts who live upstairs are neat, nice people. The garden and balcony are very nice and pleasant, we were very comfortable with our dogs. Cons: It actually has a single negative side. Due to the elevation difference, you need to go up/down 40 steps from the garden door to the house. That pushes you when you're carrying the luggage. You take a 3-minute path to the sea, but there are also steps on this road. The steps in the house are added, although the path is short, it's challenging. Elderly and children may have serious difficulty.

In Mr. Sefa's house, 2nd It was my first time staying. He is very caring. The houses are spotless. Whatever you need, he catches up like Hızır. Both in nature, bohemian architecture and pool enjoyment together. Many thanks to Mr. Sefa

We haven not met Tugce in person, but she was always on call and kind. The flat was clean. As you can see in the pictures, living room and kitchen are joint in one room which could be a bit poky, if you are planning to sit inside. We have spent most of our time on the big balcony, thus, it was not an issue for us. I would highly recomment to come by car since there are no taxis and the closest supermarket is about 10min within walking distance.

We had a very enjoyable holiday. The view was perfect. The house was as described. The materials we might need were abundantly available at home. We felt like we were at home. Thanks again for everything.

It was a tremendous place for peace and tranquility. Ms. Pınar was very caring and polite, she quickly gave useful answers to our questions. Everything was as shown in the photos, we will definitely visit again. 🤗

Idyllic, pure nature and everything you need! The sea, the center of Marmaris (a stone's throw) and the entire Marmaris area can be explored or reached by car between 60-90 minutes. Even at a temperature of 40 degrees, this village and the apartment are surprisingly fresh and pleasant. We didn't use the air conditioning one day. For the city of Datca (approx. 2 hours/easy) you should plan a whole day or 2 days. Everything is great ;)

The location of the house is very nice. As in the pictures. Easy to reach. 15 min to Bozburun, 30 min to Selimiye. 8 people can stay comfortably.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and was very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable, lots of bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The seating area outside was very comfortable and had beautiful views. We would highly recommend it!

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ali for hosting. The house was as it appeared in the photos, it was spotless and had more than all the equipment we could need, it was clean and new. Mr. Ali also shared all the usage information about the house before the stay. The place was peaceful in the woods. It was very easy to get to the bays and attractions around by car. It was a pleasant holiday for us, I recommend you to experience it ✌️

This place is really excellent. The villa is beautiful with a view of the sea and the private pool is very enjoyable. The villa was very clean and well equipped. Our host, Arda was very helpful. The location is great, walking distance to beach, great restaurants and very relaxing.

The house was in an incredibly peaceful place in nature, just like in the photos. My family and I had a great time both in the pool and in the garden. The interior of the house was sparkling clean, and Selimiye and the surrounding bays were perfect. Mr. Metin was a very good host, and he answered all our questions about the house and the environment. Accepting pets was also a huge plus. We would love to come back as soon as possible.

This house is a little gem, tucked away in a quiet part of Icmeler but still only 5 mins form the beach. The pool, shared by three properties, was brilliant, and the neighbours were lovely. Irmak was super-helpful, answering our questions quickly, plus provided some really helpful extras (like the BIG drums of drinking water). Highly recommended.

We can call it a clean, sparkling welcoming family run. The rooms are exactly the same as what you see in the photos. The location is in the middle of the wonderful sheep, so when you walk on both sides, you get tired at least with🤓 2 steps. You are already on the beach, the employees have a smile, they help us with everything we ask and their conversations were very nice. We fell in love with Selimia with the stillness of the sea, the nighttime stars, with the scenery of every hour. I feel very lucky to have met such a beautiful business as well. When we come to close the season, we will definitely stay at the same place again ❤️

Ms. Leyla and her husband prepared a very nice place. They've thought of everything so the remaining guests can be comfortable. The environmental design, the greenery trees, and the vine are gorgeous. Everyone has their own table, chairs in the garden and table chairs on the terrace. It is 1-2minutes from the sea and has very comfortable sun loungers. Watch the sunset at the terrace view. Read a book on the swing in the garden. A place that allows pets and our daughter doesn't feel like a stranger. The kitchen has been thought out for all your needs. There are mosquitoes everywhere in the summer house, be sure to take a spray. Grocery stores are 10 minutes by car. Walk on the beach or even walk down to the mountain. We enjoyed it very much. From the first moment you enter, it's where you feel at home. Hasan Bey's beloved wife Nuran Hanım, who greeted us as soon as we arrived, took care of us with Mr. Hasan along with Mr. Hasan until the end of our trip. Whatever you need in the house is available, and if there is anything missing, they already provide it right away. It is clean, comfortable and very comfortable. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 little ones. Everyone was extremely satisfied with the enjoyment during the holiday. Mr. Hasan and Ms. Nuran gave us information about going, places to see, gave advice for restaurants (if you go during the high season for restaurants, it is full). The house is a 5 min walk to the bazaar, restaurants and shops. Now we have a house in Selimiye. I look for the view and the morning coffee I drink on the terrace that accompanies the sunrise every day. I hope to be able to go again as soon as possible..

Ipek was so wonderful, not only proactive and responsive but was able to accommodate my family of 10, with last minute transfer from port, as we had a last minute cancellation from initial transfer. Additionally, she was quick to provide us with answers to many questions and recommendations on different restaurants and services offered in the area. Ipek was very hospitable, super friendly, knowledgeable and enjoyed every suggestion and service she provided us. We hope to come back again. Thank you so much iPek :-)

Elif’s place looked just like the photos. It may be hard to find a parking spot nearby. Also we had some problems with the wifi. But I would like to thank Elif for letting us stay with our furry friends!

We had a 3-night stay. The location of the house is very nice, you can be in Akyaka in 10 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet, the garden is very spacious, the house is beautifully decorated and it was quite sufficient for 5 people. Our host responded to our questions very quickly, it's quite easy to find the house. We also went with our dog, our host is a pet lover. (: I thank Ms. Idil for this beautiful accommodation 🙏🏻
