Beachfront holiday rental in Marmaris

We can call it a clean, sparkling welcoming family run. The rooms are exactly the same as what you see in the photos. The location is in the middle of the wonderful sheep, so when you walk on both sides, you get tired at least with🤓 2 steps. You are already on the beach, the employees have a smile, they help us with everything we ask and their conversations were very nice. We fell in love with Selimia with the stillness of the sea, the nighttime stars, with the scenery of every hour. I feel very lucky to have met such a beautiful business as well. When we come to close the season, we will definitely stay at the same place again ❤️

Ms. Ayçıl and her uncle, Mr. Tuncay, were extremely kind, quality and caring people. They hosted us very nicely. Selimiye boat tour at sunset with their own boats was very enjoyable. And thank you for that. The location of the house was very nice, you go to the sea in ten steps. I think the sea is the most beautiful sea in the region. It is shallow and ideal for children.. It is much nicer to swim in the morning and evenings. It has a warm sea. It is a resort that has not lost its naturalness. You are vacationing in the village, but there is everything you need. We had a beautiful four days in a calm and peaceful environment where we enjoyed being with beautiful people we were happy to meet. Would recommend to anyone who wants to come.

The location of the apartment is very central and the transportation was quite convenient. The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities. Thank you Mr. Mert for his attention and helpfulness

Ms. Esra is extremely meticulous, tidy, her communication skills are extremely strong, the house is sparkling clean. She gave advice on everything, we had a hard time leaving the house. It was one of our most memorable holidays. I'm sure we'll see you again soon ♥️

You don't have a parking problem for the car, which is one of the most important things in Selimiye. Walking distance to the beaches.

Ms. Hale and Mr. Mert are very human and friendly. The house was spotless. There was enough for everything. The area is in a very cool location. It is easy to reach the sea. The region is already very nice. The house came out in a quieter and no-issue place than my guess. But we loved the calmness as a family. There was no internet, Ms. Hale immediately. They also gave local advice. Air conditioning , TV, everything ok. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the house, which was our top priority. Thanks for everything.

We were in a very nice and private place due to its location. We had a peaceful, quiet vacation. It was a perfect holiday with its magnificent view and a great hostess. Everything you need in the house was available and spotless. It was quite enjoyable to watch the sunset on the terrace and when you step through the door, your foot touched the sea. Ms. Fatmagül was caring and relevant from the moment we entered the house to our check out moment. Thank you for making us feel like we were in our own home. Big comfortable house. Kitchen is well equipped. Every room has air conditioning. Internet was OK. Berill quickly responds and helps with directions or questions about the villa.That was a nice stay.

Great villa with access to pool and private beach for the rest of the complex. Mr. K. The on site fixer man was superb.

The house was quite clean and convenient. The air conditioners were enough for us. Just the air conditioning in the common area kept all the rooms cool. It was a calm and quiet site. The private bay was calm and clean. Mr. Murat and Mr. Kenan had very good communication. They were thoughtful enough to put cold water in the closet for us. I recommend going by car because you need to go to Turunc for basic needs (bread, etc.). It is a winding road that takes 8-9 minutes. I went this way every morning. I enjoyed the road very much. It was a scenic and tasteful route.

It was a great location and peaceful place. Mr. Şeref and his family were really kind people.

Although it is a compelling location to reach Sogutköy as a compound, there is a view and calmness that will be worth the end, there is a sun lounger and a beach area under the name of willow mini house, everything was complete in the house, you feel like your own home in the house, I am already making my plan to come back next year, it can be a house with the best view of Söğütköy. I highly recommend

Having direct access to the beach was lovely for sunbathing and swimming. The accommodation is well set up and furnished well. Very clean with everything you would need to cook proper meals in the kitchen should you wish. In terms of the location, we visited at the end of April prior to the 'season' starting. Many of the restaurants/bars that front the beach were still setting up, however two restaurants were open both serving very good food, fresh seafood etc. with very friendly staff. Eser the host went above and beyond to suggest alternatives a short taxi ride away should we desire. Overall a very positive experience.

Amazing stay here! Close by to everywhere we go, not even a min walk to the beach. Wish we had stayed our whole holiday here.

This is an awesome place to stay. Oktay and his team could not do enough for us. They gave us breakfast every day as the kitchenette in the apartment is only suitable for tea and coffee. We had dinner there one night and it was the best dinner and service we had in Turkey. If you stay at this place you get a discount on your drinks and meal. Old town is walking distance about 10 minutes. Marina is 5 minute walk and Bar Street is also about 5-10 minutes walk. They ordered a car and arranged for our Turkish Bath. They ordered us a Limo back to the airport. The place has the most amazing views. There are a couple of roof top bars next door but honestly, you get the same view sitting on your own terrace with a glass of wine and watching the sunset. I would definitely go back here. I recommend this place, just bear in mind there is no lift but it is only two flights of stairs.

we went for a holiday with 3 friends from Izmir for 5 days and it is a perfect place to relax and find peace, we were living, the view of the sea was incredibly beautiful, there was nothing missing in the house, there was nothing missing in the house, it was so pleasant and peaceful, it was a complete natural life, fresh eggs from the chickens, fresh eggs, mornings, you can catch fish during the day, especially during the harpoon dives, you can courtyard the perfect fish, you can never get bored, you will never get bored, it motivates you every minute, full of motivations, and it is full of motivations every minute, and it is also a perfect peace of mind, and I have not experienced the slightest problem and lack in the pictures.
