Monthly Rentals in Marla Bay

The home was beautiful and clean. There was a plumbing issue that was happening upon our arrival to the home and there was a very bad very strong odor. They had a plumber come and fix the issue, but the plumber told us this had happened before about a month prior at this home. I would recommend updating the property photos to not include the kayaks/ boats. While not listed in the rental some of our guests were eager to use them, but were disappointed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the showers had good water pressure. If the retaining wall issue is ever fixed we would consider staying again. Overall we had a great stay.

We had a great stay at Patrick's place in Zephyr Cove. He is a great host and responded to all our questions and communications promptly. The condo has a beautiful interior and also a great view. It's located in a gated community right by the lake, and it was only a few minutes' walk to the beach. It is also a 15-minute drive from the Heavenly Nevada bases/parkings and Heavenly Village. There is also a Safeway only a 5-minute drive away. The place itself is very well equipped and exactly matches the photos and even more. The kitchen and the rest of the place had everything we needed for a long stay. We would definitely like to come back in the near future.

The views are worth every penny & every stair to get in and out. The beds were extremely comfortable and we felt right at home! They had everything you could need and paid attention to little details. Would love to stay again in the future!

We had the best stay at Lake Tahoe and it was made even better by our home at the Winans' townhouse (Mitchell). The location was perfect; just a short drive to Sand Harbor and even shorter drive (just minutes) to South Lake Tahoe. The complex was quiet and peaceful. With this unit being just steps away from the shore, the views from the balconies were gorgeous. The condo was spacious and stocked with everything we could need. Although we didn't travel with children, I noticed that there was a closet full of necessities for kids. Such a home-y and cozy feel. I highly recommend and would stay again. Thanks Mitchell! - Emily
