From the spacious living area and bedroom you can each access your terrace with a south-facing orientation. The kitchen has a dishwasher and everything else you need. Here in Velbert, in the beautifully located Deilbachtal, we offer an approximately 60 square meter detached holiday home for 2 people, directly by the forest. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, bedroom with a 180 x 650 box-spring bed and is heated with underfloor heating. The living room consists of a living room with 2 sofas, a TV and a dining area directly opposite the kitchen.

Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.
