We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private home on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but unsuitable for early to bed and late to rise and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. Nearby are shops serving daily needs (Penny, Netto). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Our guest apartment with its own entrance via a staircase offers 47 m² of comfortable space for 2 people. In case of emergency, there is an additional double sofa bed in the living room. A simple but fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, as well as a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine, ensures a relaxing stay. Supermarkets and restaurants, as well as doctors and a hospital, are within walking distance. Perfect for excursions to the Ruhr area and bike tours to Münsterland.

Die Einliegerwohnung mit 60 qm Größe befindet sich in Marl-Hüls in einer zentralen, aber doch sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße. Bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es nur 200 m, von dort sind der Bahnhof Marl-Sinsen oder der S-Bahnhof Marl-Mitte mit Verbindungen nach Münster oder Essen bzw. Haltern am See oder Wuppertal in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Bett befindet sich im Schlafzimmer, im Wohnzimmer der Wohnung befindet sich eine Schlafcouch. Der Preis enthält auch sämtliche Gebühren von Airbnb.

Movie Park can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car, Westfield Centro or Schalke Arena in approx. 20 minutes, but there is also a good bus connection (approx. 100 m). A small supermarket is approx. 1 km away, a petrol station open 24/7 approx. 300 m and the Grafenmühle holiday area approx. 3 km away. Larger supermarkets are located within a radius of approx. 4 km.

The apartment "Haardpromenade" is located in Marl-Sinsen in the immediate vicinity of the Haard, a large landscape conservation area on the northern edge of the Ruhr area. Not far from the apartment is the Waldpromenade, an interesting hiking trail with many attractions! This hiking trail, which gave our apartment its name, wants to make nature accessible to hikers without disturbing natural spaces! The Haard is also ideal for great bike tours. A Netto supermarket is about 7 minutes' walk.
