A very clean and simple place. It’s very functional, and despite being a cellar appartment very very bright. Lots of space and parking directly in front. All good.

The apartment is large and practical. Perfect for us as a small family, there was enough space for everyone, our daughter could be put to sleep in the separate bedroom and we could enjoy the evening on the terrace. Small minus point because we could not darken the room, the curtains let daylight in, but at night it is not a problem.

The three of us spent a weekend in the nice bright and quiet apartment. The apartment is spacious and it is, except for a few small things, everything you need. The apartment is neat, in the bathroom there are minor beauty defects here and there that did not bother us very much. The exchange with the host was great! Fast, friendly and even responded to an extra request without ifs and buts. Excellent 👍🏼 From the apartment you can explore Kitzingen wonderfully. A truly beautiful little town. Restaurants & cafes are numerous. We recommend breakfast at Cafe Konrad❤️. All in all we had a great girls weekend. Thanks so much

super nice accommodation near the old town with lush amenities that leave nothing to be desired. Very comfy beds and pillows. Everything is available if you want to cook, bake or simply prepare a tea or coffee. Everything is very high quality, new and well maintained Worth a trip overall.

The apartment is very large and tastefully furnished. We immediately felt comfortable and will recommend it. The area is a dream for cyclists. You can also easily take the train to Würzburg and Nuremberg.

All in all, a recommended accommodation, we would book it again.

The apartment is well located, just minutes from the train station. We were able to reach almost all excursion destinations by train. You can also take nice walks in the area and you are quickly on the Main. From the kitchen you have a beautiful view of the vineyards. The apartment was very clean and you will find everything you need. Check-in was straightforward and the host was always friendly and easy to reach. We had a lovely stay and felt very comfortable.

The apartment was easy to reach, the check-in as well, we felt right at home, everything nice and clean and there was everything you needed and possibly could have needed. Apartment/bathroom was immediately warm without having to turn on excessively! We liked it, especially the equipment of the kitchen (same coffee machine as at home...*laugh*), also enough towels/bath towels (but we didn't need) available. We'll be happy to come back.

Despite very short notice booking, Louie did everything possible to make sure we had a nice time. We especially enjoyed the great garden with pool :)

We were in the area for a wedding. The accommodation is well equipped, clean and friendly. It is quietly located and you can explore the beautiful area, e.g. Rothenburg, by car. The living room and bedroom are a bit dark, but the apartment stays nice and cool in the summer.

We had a wonderful extended weekend in the apartment and felt very comfortable from the first moment. Despite arriving late (11:50 pm), we were personally and warmly welcomed – even with homemade jam and delicious cake! The apartment was sparkling clean, perfectly equipped and lovingly furnished. For our 10-month-old daughter, a travel cot, high chair and toys were available – simply great. Sibylle is a fantastic host: friendly, attentive and always available. The checkout was even allowed to be postponed spontaneously by an hour - very relaxed. The tips on farm shops in the area were also great. A note: There is a second apartment above the apartment. The house is a bit noisy, you can hear footsteps or voices from above from time to time. This didn't bother us, but you should know. Clear recommendation – we'd love to come back!

The host is warm and friendly, the house is clean and tidy, the appliances are well equipped, the house is spacious and comfortable, and it is worth recommending.

We were guests at Herbert and his family's place over the Pentecost weekend (we had contact with Franzi :)) and felt very welcome from the beginning. Everyone was extremely hospitable, which made our stay particularly pleasant. The accommodation was nice, tidy, very bright and friendly – you can tell that a lot of attention to detail is paid here. We would like to emphasise the cleanliness – everything was really very clean and well maintained. The area is ideal for nature lovers. There are many beautiful paths for walks, which we have used extensively with our dog. He was also warmly welcomed, which was a big plus for us. We were completely satisfied and can definitely recommend the accommodation!

A great place to stay for a Bamberg weekend. Everything is really available in terms of equipment. If you arrive late, you should definitely use the parking spaces in the underground car park. We will be back next year!!!

Our stay was really great. The accommodation was perfect for escaping everyday life. The hostess was very attentive and took very good care of us. She was always available and always responded quickly and kindly - totally uncomplicated. A real heartfelt recommendation!

We used the apartment together with my husband both for the wedding preparation (my sister – at the same time my maid of honour – and I) and for the night after the party and were completely thrilled! Even at check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Nia – she was super friendly, accommodating and immediately took care of making us feel comfortable. When she found out that we were getting married, she even offered us quite simply to stay longer in the apartment on the day of departure – a really generous and accommodating gesture that made us start the day very relaxed. The apartment itself was clean, lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped – we had everything we needed and felt comfortable from the first moment. The hot tub in the garden is a real highlight! Location was also ideal. Thank you very much, Nia – for your warm manner and the beautiful apartment, which became part of our special day!

Beautiful, spacious apartment with everything you need. Hot tub and sauna were our highlights. We felt very comfortable - thank you!

Very nice and helpful family, whose great garden could be shared. Especially for small children, there were many great play opportunities both inside and outside.

We felt very comfortable, the accommodation was as described. There is also a bus stop nearby with a good connection to the city. We will be happy to come back!
