Beautiful apartment in a new building in the wine village of Ochsenfurt with Main view and balcony. Beautiful river location, right on the Main Valley cycle path and various hiking trails. A bakery café & a bus stop can be reached on foot in about 4 minutes; a supermarket, the old Main Bridge and the Main Ferry Nixe in about 10 minutes. Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The ground floor apartment in a 19th century house, which once served as a weapon forge, impresses with its central location in the old town of Ochsenfurt. Perfect for bike tourists, the apartment is located on the ground floor of the apartment building renovated in 2025 and has its own front door (left front door). The bikes can be parked in the apartment so they are safe and dry. The apartment is fully equipped - also with sheets and towels.

The vacation apartment is located in the attic of a lovingly restored town house from the turn of the century in Creglingen (17 km to Rothenburg) On the first floor is a café where you can have breakfast during the week. (included) Our bakery is in the neighboring house. Bicycles can be stored. After consultation, guests are welcome to take a look in the bakery. Beautiful apartment from the 16th century

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Apartment 25 - Vacation apartment in Marktbreit

Right on the bike path, below the vineyard, our little feel-good place is hidden behind an old industrial yard - Apartment 25. Between the vineyards and the Main, our apartment shows a special side - a bit vintage, a bit playful - maybe a little unusual - but that's why it's special. And always with a lot of coziness! You can discover Marktbreit and the surrounding wine villages, but the small terrace also invites you to linger.

Living in romantic Marktbreit (apartment FOUR)

In 2019, we set up a completely newly renovated apartment in our commercial building in the centre of Marktbreit. The apartment (75 sqm) is on the 1st floor and has a bedroom with a large double bed and a pull out day bed. In the large living and dining room, an additional large sofa bed for 2 people can be removed. There is a bathroom, a toilet, a storage room, a kitchen with dining area and a large balcony (30 sqm).

Supermarkets for self-catering, pharmacies and doctors are on site.
