Large and spacious 90 m² apartment, ideal for a family getaway or a getaway with friends. It has two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom with a rain shower, a living/dining room and a fully equipped & open kitchen. In the heart of Nienburg, only 4 minutes walking distance from downtown and approx. 3 minutes to the main station. Perfect location! Directly across the street is Café Ragazzi. In the middle of the rural idyll of the old village of Heemsen between Hanover and Bremen, near the Weser (cycle path) and Lichtenmoor (cranes), you will find the quietly located guest house. The detached, 120 m², completely renovated vacation home consists of a cozy and bright living and dining room including a fireplace, a nice kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2/1/1), 2 bathrooms plus guest toilet, a furnished terrace, parking spaces and a beautiful garden.

You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

Romantic country

Our tranquil country house has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. It offers enough space to fully develop and enjoy the tranquility of the country. The property is shielded from view of neighbors and with its approximately 1,600 m² is large enough to have complete privacy. In the garden are seating, an outdoor bed, lots of wild flowers and a fireplace for grilling. Overall, it can be said that there was hardly a place where we ever felt more relaxed.

Cosy, partly antique, yet modernly furnished rooms. Each room has its own style. Set in a country house, this room has several residential complexes. It is on the ground floor with separate entrance , large double bed, bathroom, TV. In the hallway there is a small safe, mini fridge, kettle and Tassimo machine. Former bakery

The former bakery in Schweringen was completely renovated as a guest house in 2019 and now offers 2 rooms (1 room with a double bed, 1.40 wide and 1 room with 2 single beds, 90 cm wide) with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.

Welcome right in the centre of Nienburg! This apartment is perfectly located in-between the main shopping street and the Weser river. All sights of Nienburg are in walking distance. As a family we often miss good coffee with thick milk foam. That's why you have the choice between Nespresso and filter coffee. For the milk foam you will find milk in the fridge and a milk frother.
