The bungalow is very well equipped with underfloor heating, fireplace, very comfy sofa bed and great attention to detail. Various shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and the bus stops just around the corner. The motorway to Berlin and the train station are only 10 minutes by car.. It is a 2-minute walk from the lake, 3 minutes from the beach,surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakery, shopping facilities or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the doorstep, close to Berlin, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

The beautiful designer wooden house in the Märkische Schweiz (50 km from Berlin) is located in the small artist village of Ihlow, and offers a beautiful view of fields and forests on 65 m² of living space with a large window front and 35 m² of covered terrace area. There is a large living, dining and cooking area with a wood-burning stove, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have infrared heating. Each bedroom has a queen size bed (1.60).

TV, Apple TV, Wi-Fi, and Netflix access are part of the amenities.

The cottage is located on our residential property. Here you are surrounded by forest and water.You cater for yourself. Hikers and water lovers will love it here. Nearby is the Scharmützelsee and 30 minutes away by car you can find the only tropical leisure paradise under roof in Germany's "Tropical Island". The Spreewald is also a popular day trip.Berlin is only 70km away. The cities of Beeskow and Storkow are both 20 km away.

The bungalow is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Berlin. The neighbor runs a farm and has sheep and poultry (which are unfortunately up early).
