A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

Ideal for fishing, forest walks and cycling on the Blue Velo trail, with direct access to the water, dock, beach and forest. Tiny Lebehn House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The old henhouse build in +-1940. We didn't change the outlay of the house, kept beams and location of windows are original (low above the ground). Only 24 sq m, but feels larger than it is. Located in the lower garden of Lake House Lebehn, with own garden and a wooden terrace. €10 pet fee per dog per visit. No female dogs in season, please. No EV charging facility. Plant based meals are served (each €12) - English breakfast and evening meal.

Waterfront country house

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

This beautiful holiday home is located in the middle of the beautiful Unterspreewald, only 150 m away from the Spree. It was completely renovated in 2019. Ideal to explore the Spreewald. Perfect for activities like hiking, canoeing and cycling. Quietly situated, with lots of space in the garden and a large terrace - ideal for barbecues or breakfast in summer. Our vacation bungalows B1 and B2 are located on a large, quiet property on the banks of the Müggelspree. Both are identical in terms of floor plan and amenities and meet above-average standards. They are easily accessible by car and public transport. There are many parking spaces on the premises. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats can be used free of charge. And Berlin City is very close!

Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018.
