The best city view of Berlin

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Wir sind ursprünglich als Gutsbrennerei Teil eines Rittergutes mit Gutshaus, Ställen und Gutspark. Unser Haus liegt im nordöstl. Speckgürtel von Berlin. Umgeben von mehreren sehr grossen Seen ( 1 bis 3 km lang) in der Nähe, teilweise zu Fuss aber immer mit Fahrrad oder Pkw erreichbar. Der Gutspark beginnt vor unserer Tür und erstreckt sich über mehrere Hektar mit romantischen Aleen und grossen Grünflächen, ideal für ein Picknick. Ihr bewegt euch auf den Spuren von Theodor Fontane.

Die Ferienzimmer sind direkt an der Oder gelegen, ca. 100m bis zum Ufer. WLAN, Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück. 1,2km bis zum Badesee. Der polnische Grenzübergang befindet sich 150m entfernt. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem schönen Naturgarten mit 2 Sitzecken, Grillplatz vorhanden. Und der Oder-Neiße-Radweg geht am Haus vorbei. Im Gebäude sind das Rauchen und Tiere nicht erwünscht.
