Our stay here was amazing! The host was extremely friendly and helped us bring our suitcases in when she saw us struggling to bring them up the hill. She gave us a map of the area along with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything! The airbnb is beautiful and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The view is amazing and we felt super comfortable and welcome. We fell in love with San Marino and will definitely be back with the same hosts and place!

This is a very clean and comfortable flat in the centre of Forli, just steps away from Corso della Repubblica. It's a 25 minutes' walk or a very short taxi ride from the train station. The communication with Gian Luca was smooth quick, I felt well looked after. The flat is very well kept, there are amenities as well as special details on the part of the hosts that made my stay pleasant and comfortable. The area in front of the flat is well lit at night, which made me feel safe, as well as there being cameras on the outside and the owner living nearby. The bed was comfortable. There was hardly any traffic in the street, however there were occasionally loud passers-by at night who disturbed me as I'm a light sleeper, but no major noises.

You can stay in a historic house full of character, located in the most beautiful part of Rimini—right in the heart of life. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants, you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere just outside your door, with two chairs at the entrance while your child sleeps peacefully inside. You won’t miss a moment of life. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Giacomo e la sua famiglia sono stati molto accoglienti. La comunicazione è stata impeccabile. L’alloggio è curato e centralissimo, a pochissimi minuti a piedi da porto canale. È stata un’ottima esperienza, grazie!

Wir haben 4 Wochen in dem tollen Haus von Mauro verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war. Alles sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Der Garten ist super schön und dank des sicheren Zaunes ein Paradies für unsere beiden Hunde. Der Blick auf San Marino ist ein Traum und die große, überdachte Terrasse spendet herrlichen Schatten, wenn es mal heißer wurde. Mauro ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber, der trotz unserer mangelnden Italienischkenntnisse sofort auf Wünsche reagierte. Besser geht es nicht. Sein super netter Hund Alba war ein von uns und unseren Hunden ein sehr gern gesehener Zaungast. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Soggiorno piacevole in centro storico Abbiamo trascorso due giorni in questo loft carino, pulito e ben arredato, situato in una traversa tranquilla di via San Vitale, nel pieno centro storico. Lo stile è minimal ma funzionale, ideale per due adulti. Tutto curato con gusto e molto accogliente. L’host è stato sempre reattivo e disponibile. Ottima soluzione per visitare la città in comodità.

Francesco was super helpful. Place was as described. Walkable from train station. Steps away from a laundromat (apt does have a washer a machine) and a cafe pretty much next door. It was perfect for our one night stay prior to our cruise sailing out of Ravenna.

La casa di Paolo è un piccolo gioiellino. Siamo stati benissimo, a due passi dal centro e da tutti i monumenti. Direi perfetta. Consigliata al 100%

Appartamento a due passi dal Lido pulito e tenuto benissimo, io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo. Francesco è sempre stato molto disponibile. Congratulazioni per l’alloggio e la professionalità dimostrata. Abbiamo passato una bella vacanza.

Soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante, quel che ci serviva. l'appartamento ha un terrazzino fornito di cancellino in modo da lasciare i cani ripararati all'ombra e al sicuro (se abituati a non saltare). La piscina è stata il tocco in più che ci ha salvato dalle temperature torride.

Ein besonderer Ort. Einfach Wow. Wir haben im „Garten“ von Christina sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Loft ist etwas ganz besonderes. Sehr künstlerisch eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Einzig das Bett ist etwas, was ich nicht vermissen werde 😉 Unsere Kinder haben die Fläche genutzt und den gesamten Garten zu erkunden. Immer wieder gab es was Neues zu entdecken. Wir waren Mitte Juni hier, sodass wir „nur“ Salat und Erdbeeren aus dem Garten pflücken konnten. Diese waren aber sehr lecker. Der Pool ist riesengroß. Uns hat es viel Spaß gemacht diesen für uns alleine nutzen zu können. Es war sehr ruhig und Christina hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Vielen Dank dafür. Sollten wir wieder in der Nähe sein, kommen wir bestimmt wieder. Grazie mille!!

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

La casa è isolata ed immersa nella natura, molto grande, ben curata , ed è persino meglio di quanto risulta in foto. Arrivando all’ultimo tratto per raggiungerla, la strada diventa sterrata è sembra essere impegnativa e lunga, ma già alla seconda volta risulta persino divertente e piacevole scrutare i boschi dall’interno percorrendola non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà neanche nei 2 giorni di pioggia intensa, ne vale la pena. Michele ci ha accolti con premura e durante tutto il nostro soggiorno è stato sempre reperibile, soddisfacendo anche la nostra richiesta di sdraio aggiuntivi. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire, utensili e stoviglie,Smart Tv, BBQ, spazi esterni, cancello automatico. La piscina è più grande di quanto si possa capire dalle foto, pulita,funzionale e piacevole. Siamo stati davvero bene e anche il nostro cagnone negli enormi spazi esterni incontaminati. Assolutamente consigliata se si cerca una soluzione di tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente volentieri

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

Wir waren drei Parteien und waren allesamt begeistert von der Unterkunft. Die Innenräume sind großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet! Der Aussenbereich sehr gepflegt und voll funktionsfähig! Die Umgebung ist grandios! Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert! Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar und stets bemüht uns Empfehlungen für die Region auszusprechen.

Matteo è stato molto disponibile con noi. L appartamento è praticamente sul mare, vicinissimo a tante zone che avevamo in piano di visitare. Siamo stati benissimo!

Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Unser erster Urlaub mit unserer Tochter (10 Monate). Die Wohnung war perfekt dafür - mit Babybett und Hochstuhl, nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Meer und Restaurants entfernt. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Anreise und konnten ganz unkompliziert eine Nacht umbuchen, vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder, bis bald! 😊

L'unico problema è stato trovare subito l'appartamento, in quanto l'accesso è interno e il numero non si vede subito dalla strada, quindi suggerirei di apporre un cartello o un altra comunicazione più visibile del numero. Valentina iper cordiale e precisa, casa ordinata e con tutti i comfort, peccato per scale senza ascensore. Posizione meravigliosa, non abbiamo mai usato l'auto perché mare a 2 minuti a piedi e movida li in zona con passeggiata e attrazioni estive. Facilmente raggiungibili con pochi minuti d'auto anche oltremare e acquafan o Rimini mentre l'acquario raggiungibile a piedi. Ottima esperienza, grazie.

è stato bellissimo soggiornare presso la casa di Paola, le foto non le rendono giustizia! spaziosa ed estremamente pulita, è stata l'ideale per la mia famiglia. Paola è una host eccellente, premurosa ma mai invadente ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile! altamente raccomandata!!

Struttura dotata do ogni comfort, pulita, ordinata, profumata. Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni di lavoro/relax con i nostri 2 cani. Appena fuori dalla villetta il comodo vialetto di accesso al grande parco verde dove passeggiare... Nella villetta si sta veramente bene, spazi ben organizzati, rispecchiano fedelmente le foto. Complimenti...ci torneremo!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento per una settimana con la nostra bimba d cinque anni. Marco si è dimostrato un host molto gentile, attento e disponibile sin dai primi contatti. Abbiamo trovato la casa fresca, pulita, profumata e dotata di tutto l'occorrente. In particolare abbiamo apprezzato la comodità del divano letto e l'utilità dellle zanzariere. Super gradite infine le biciclette in dotazione. Appartamento senz'altro consigliato!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei Frederica und ihrem Bruder Francesco verbracht. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, sodass wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt habe. Die Lage des Appartements ist einfach Klasse. Es liegt zentral an der Promenade und somit direkt am Strand. Francesco war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns tolle Ausflugsempfehlungen gegeben, die den Urlaub perfekt abgerundet haben.

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Had the best time! Some great memories made! Thank you Giacomina xxx
