A dream stay in Pesaro! Everything was absolutely perfect. The house, nestled in a bucolic setting, offers a true haven of peace, surrounded by greenery, a flower garden, an orchard and even a few free-range chickens. The calm that reigns there is refreshing. The studio was impeccable, clean and functional, and the sofa bed particularly comfortable. But what we remember most is Sylvia's extraordinary kindness, who welcomed us with rare generosity. She made our arrival and stay as simple as it was pleasant. We also had the chance to meet Giacomo and his father, two deeply lovely people, with whom we had very warm exchanges. Thank you again for this unforgettable stay. We will keep a fond memory of this interlude in Pesaro… and of all of you!

Absolutely recommended – perfect holiday! Had a great time staying at this place! The apartment was very clean, well equipped and lovingly furnished – you can immediately tell that someone really makes an effort here. Everything worked smoothly, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning and kitchen. Particularly positive: very quiet location, but still everything quickly accessible. The host was friendly, helpful and reliable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I can recommend this apartment without restriction – it clearly deserves 5 stars! We had a wonderful stay at Rosaria’s flat in Fano. She had two great bikes, which we used multiple times a day to get to the beach and restaurants near by. It is very centrally located and has all the amenities you need. She even fetched us from the train station which was super helpful with our heavy bags. She gave a great recommendation for restaurants nearby. We highly recommend staying at her property

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

Elisa's apartment was very cosy and we loved the mid century theme. Elisa was very responsive to messages and was lovely when we met her briefly Very quiet neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 20 minutes from the station. Supermarket and laudrette 5 mins away. We enjoyed our stay in Ravenna.

Lucia and Denis were very friendly, courteous and willingly answered all our questions patiently from the first contact. Upon our arrival, in your house near Cesena, we were warmly welcomed by Lucia. She explained everything to us in detail and even provided a bottle of water in the fridge as a welcome. A few croissants for morning coffee were also prepared for us. The house itself impresses with its outstanding space, its very well-equipped kitchen, a very nice bright bathroom, the two bedrooms (both with air conditioning) one even with a walk-in closet and the very large terrace around the entire house. For a family of 4 people, it is completely sufficient. Lucia and Denis then introduced themselves in person in the evening. Both are really very warm, courteous, friendly and were always ready to help. For US, it's clear, WE will come back!

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

The Loggia del Grillo is a perfect choice for those seeking tranquility and comfort in Faenza. The location is excellent, a stone's throw from the centre, allowing you to explore the city without the need for long journeys. The parking under the house for only €1 is a real advantage, making arrival and departure extremely convenient. The cleanliness of the house is impeccable and the rooms are modern and well-kept, offering a pleasant and comfortable stay. We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!
