Monthly Rentals in Marigny, New Orleans

We had a great stay at Thomas’s place this weekend! The apartment was spacious and cozy with everything we needed for a wonderful stay in NOLA. The location is in a great spot to walk to Frenchman Street and the FQ and close to bars and restaurants in the Bywater and Marigny neighborhood. We would love to stay at Thomas’s place in our next visit!

Being one block from Bourbon around Mardi Gras might give you an idea that it could be noisy—not the case here as it is set back behind a main house with a peaceful and very lovely courtyard. The unit is wonderfully livable as it retains the old charm of New Orleans but with a very usable modern kitchen and a fully updated bathroom with an excellent shower. I can’t emphasize enough how much I loved staying here. The upstairs balcony was great place to sit and relax with coffee in the morning, of afternoon depending on what you did the night before. Its location is perfect if you’re looking to wander around the quarter—near the bars of bourbon street but also surrounded by the beautiful architecture of the French quarter. I do hope to stay here again in the future.

It was such a treat viewing all the art, collections and curated books in the apartment. Nice being within walking distance to the FQ, but in a separate, artsy neighborhood. Walked to Morrow’s and St. Roche market and they were both excellent. We’ll be back!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two months and found everything about Mr G‘s place to be five stars. The location, walk, ability, proximity to the French quarter, the hospitality Mr G provides and the designated parking spot. All five stars! this place is a gem and no other hosts are doing what Mr. G does to ensure that his guests have a fantastic experience here in New Orleans.
