Luxury 3 Bedroom Home w/ Swim Spa, Walk to FR QTR
We had an amazing time here! The house and hosts were amazing! Everything was clean and comfortable and we felt very taken care of. Highly recommend!

2BR Oasis Beyond The French Quarter
Wonderful home will definitely be booking again!

Macarty House: 8 Bedroom Resort with Pool!
The place was perfect for our needs, hosting out-of-town guests for the weekend. We put two families in the main house together. A few of the bedrooms connect or are pass-throughs, so this worked well for people who are familiar with each other. Even still, almost everyone had their own well-appointed bathroom and very comfortable beds. There are another two stand alone rooms with ensuite bathrooms by the pool as well that have lots of privacy. It's a fun and funky sprawling house, and we were able to pay an event fee to have a few additional guests over for a pool party, which was really perfect and a unique opportunity, as this is not possible at many properties. Daniel and Lauren were very accommodating, helpful and communicative.

Mid-City Family Ready Artistic Home | Private Pool
The location of Jason’s house was great - we were within a 10-15 minute drive of just about everything we wanted to do. The house looked exactly like the pictures but was bigger than the pictures make it look. Jason was very responsive when we had questions and provided local recommendations.

Luxurious Modern Mid City Marvel - Pool and Garage
This was our second time staying at one of Thomas' properties, and we had another great stay. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained, and has everything you need for an easy and enjoyable stay. Thomas was very accommodating with check-in time and our last-minute request for a pack n' play -- a fantastic host! We found the neighborhood very friendly, and enjoyed the proximity to the Lafitte Greenway (access is just a block away -- we didn't even realize this when we rented the place!) and local businesses like Flour Moon and the Broadside. Highly recommend!

Cheerful 1-bdrm. studio w/pool
Great location! Love the neighborhood and how close it was to city park. Great restaurants nearby too. Great host!! Allowed us to drop our bags off before check-in. Loved hanging out on the patio in the evening as well. Private and pretty.

Tropical OASIS Getaway with a Private Pool & Spa
Comfortable and perfectly located in a great area! We had everything we needed for a family vacation. The pool and spa worked great and we just took one morning to swim, relax, and visit with each other in that awesome tropical backyard. We had a car so we didn’t need transportation but we did walk to the streetcar one day, plus it would be easy to Uber/Lyft from Gary’s place to the popular locations in New Orleans. We didn’t cook, because, frankly, why would you in food paradise when the local restaurants do it so well, but the kitchen was well stocked should you want to cook. We had fun using the game table, TVs, and sound system. Everything was a hit with our kids who were with us to celebrate their recent college graduations. We would stay here again for any occasion but the end of May was the perfect time for warm weather AND the end of crawfish season which we were thrilled to miss. Thanks, Gary!

Ursulines Historic Creole Cottage
Interesting property located within easy walking distance of French Quarter. Great kitchen facilities, including a coffee machine where unusually the hosts had provided sufficient pods for our entire stay which was a nice touch. Clean linen and comfy beds in all rooms. Ratio of bedrooms to restroom/shower facilities not a problem for our one family group, but groups requiring more privacy should be aware the ground floor bathroom is very small and off the kitchen, which could pose ‘logistical’ issues for some. Also, water temperature can fluctuate significantly, so recommend supervision of youngsters while showering. Just a few bits to be aware of, none of which detracted from a great stay!

Bywater Art Haven
The host Jeffery sent me the site information before my arrival, and answered my few questions quickly. The duplex was a haven in the quiet Bywater neighborhood, very clean, charming, quiet and roomy, with interesting art and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed, handy for me as I had breakfast there regularly. Both bedrooms were very comfy and several fans and three window air conditioners kept the whole place a pleasant temperature. BTW shotgun house so both bedrooms are walk-through, not private, though not a problem for my sister and me. The neighborhood is mostly residential with interesting multicolored homes, happily there are several cafes and restaurants within a few blocks. Very walkable. We loved both the home and the area. Highly recommended!

Spacious Historical Home Walking Distance to FQ
We had a great stay! The house was exactly as expected — full of charm, with thoughtful updates that preserved its historic character. The private backyard was a standout feature and made it easy for our group to relax, share meals, and enjoy great conversations. The location was a perfect jumping-off point for exploring the most interesting parts of New Orleans on foot. While the neighborhood has some of the real-life elements you'd expect in a vibrant city like this, we never felt unsafe and appreciated being in the heart of what makes New Orleans unique. We’d happily stay here again — thank you for a memorable visit!

Nouvelle Orleans | Lively Area near French Quarter
The place was spotless! We checked in fine and had a great time. Everything was just as listed. It was four guests staying there and we never felt crowded. There is just one bathroom, but if you time your showers and getting ready time well, it’s not a problem.

Charming Hideaway
My brothers and I were in town for our cousin graduating from med school. I contacted Jared to see if we could arrange for a later check out due to the celebration festivities and with a quick response he said yes it’s not a problem. Everything was just as described and like the photos. I will stay here again in the future for sure. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Thelma and Al’s Place in the Marigny
This was a great place. Newer construction. Well appointed. Very clean. It is in a great location. You can walk to Frenchmen Street and to a couple of good breakfast places. I highly recommend it.
Historic Shotgun House Steps from French Quarter
Joel and Lindsey were excellent hosts. Our “all female” girls weekend was wonderfully restful and safe. The house was very comfortable and well stocked and cleaned, the ferry was literally right down the street and Joel & Lindsey were extremely gracious with the few requests I had. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Colorful & Modern/Historic Home near Frenchmen St
We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect and the location could not be beat. Perfect house for 2 couples.

Marigny Apartment, 2-Bedroom, Streetcar
Our stay was wonderful! This is a real gem - close to the trolley and also walkable. Travis was very responsive to any concerns and prepared for all of our inquiries. If you get a chance to come to New Orleans, book this Airbnb! The space is big enough to meet the needs of four people comfortably.

Marigny Manor Near French Quarter, 5-Star Rating
The best experience all around. Great neighborhood. Beautiful, impeccably clean home. Thank you for the warm hospitality. Can't wait to come back .

Modern Home Near French Quarter + Parking
I am so happy we happened upon this listing and it was available! What a great spot. The location is very convenient to the main touristy spots in the French quarter. It’s easy to get anywhere in the area as well. Lisa was an amazing host. She was proactive and checked in on us. I had zero issues so I didn’t have to bug her. The place is very clean. I was so worried about the climate there but it was nice and cool inside. I adored the layout of the house and the high ceilings! Gosh, I could go on all day. We can’t wait to come back and stay here on another vacation!

Eclectic Duplex | Lovely Yard, Live Like a Local
In this charming little duplex was an absolute gem! The exterior of the house is just overflowing with gorgeous greenery and flowers. The neighbor’s cats and dogs were so sweet and added a little joy to our stay. The biggest pup would occasionally jump up and peek through the front door to check and see what we were doing. The furnishings inside and the artwork were so fun and vibrant and made us feel like we were in an art museum. The hosts were super kind and responsive and quickly responded to any questions we had. The fact that the duplex is bright pink, made it super easy for our Ubers to find us or drop us off! It’s also maybe a four minute walk from Treme Coffeehouse which is an absolute must in such a beautiful and historic neighborhood. We really loved staying here. The only thing that could have been a little bit better was the twin bed mattresses. They were very firm and not the most comfortable for my back. Even with that, we’d absolutely stay here again!

The Mardi Gras House Frenchmen at Chartres
Kent's place was fabulous and just what we needed. We were on a multi-generational trip with ages ranging from 9 months to 90 years. Everyone had plenty of space. The location was spectacular. Many amazing jazz venues steps from the house made it easy to get out and listen to amazing music and quickly get back if needed. We were able to walk to the French Market, to Washington Park, and to pretty much anywhere in the French Quarter. I loved the architecture inside the house. The only downfall-and this did not impact my rating because it is out of Kent's control-is the nightclub across the street. I had read the reviews and brought earplugs but it was still difficult to sleep at night in the main upstairs bedroom that faces the club. Granted, I am a light sleeper in general but it was as if the club was in the room with us because of the heavy bass. The rest of our party slept ok in the other bedrooms. Hopefully the nightclub will close down as it was pretty much empty every night.

Deedy's Creole Cottage in Treme near French QTR
This is an absolutely beautiful home. Deidra was helpful and responsive when we arrived and had an issue turning the alarm off. We walked to the French Quarter everyday. We would recommend an Uber at night because of the area you have to walk through at night. the interstate does run right next to the house so you can feel the traffic shake a bit at night, but nothing unbearable. we would hands down stay there again!!

Le Hibou Blanc- Design Driven Comfort with Balcony
This is a beautiful, perfect space. It’s well appointed and immaculately clean.

Modern Marigny- minutes to the FQ.
Danny’s house felt just like home! The house was spotless and had everything we needed including shot and wine glasses. The makeup wipes and facial tissues were also a nice touch. I especially loved that there was a dedicated parking spot so we didn’t have to struggle to find a spot on the street. The street itself was quiet and felt safe with plenty of food options within a walking distance. Danny was quick to respond when we needed anything. I would rebook the house if I ever came back to New Orleans!

✨CLOSE TO FQ + FAIRGROUNDS, SLEEPS 4 WITH W/D☀️
Excellent option for our visit to New Orleans Jazz Heritage Festival! The space for roomie and fitted with a full kitchen and bath. I appreciated the coffee and tea provided and cozy bed! The location was peaceful day and night and very accessible for longer walks to the fairgrounds or even the quarter. Super friendly host was flexible with early and late check out. Highly recommend if you’re a busy traveler who needs that kind of flexibility.
