Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Mein ca. 115 qm großes Haus liegt ruhig, ohne Durchgangsverkehr in Waldnähe. In der Umgebung gibt es viele familienfreundliche Unternehmungsmöglickeiten, wie Bikepark, Sommerrodelbahn, Stausee, ... und attraktive Städtchen. Vom Rundumbalkon (2 Hausseiten) genießt man eine Aussicht in die unverbaute Natur. Familien mit Kindern, Ruhesuchende, Sportbegeisterte, Paare, Gruppen, Haustiere - alle sind herzlich willkommen. Mein gemütliches Haus verfügt über 4 ZKB., Garage und Fußbodenheizung.

Our wooden house, furnished in the style of a forester's house, guarantees you peace and relaxation from everyday life and offers an ideal starting point to explore the Odenwald. The new wooden terrace with large seating area and a wonderful view offers pure relaxation. The holiday home offers generous space for 6 - 8 people with approx. 120 m².

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.
