Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Marazion

Wharf side was described to us by a local resident as a “hidden gem”. It’s in a slightly quirky location, on the second floor above a shopping centre. Very easy walking distance to just about everything in Penzance town centre. Access to the second floor is either by a lift or combination of escalator and lift. There are stairs if you’re feeling energetic. The lift and escalator don’t operate in the evening (or didn’t when we stayed) so we suggest you check on times in advance if you need them. Steven’s home is small town house on two floors, very well equipped and maintained and with a very cosy feel. It has everything you’d expect, all new or newish and in very good condition. Good size bedrooms and bathroom. We immediately felt at home. It’s very close to the harbour and local shops. It has an allocated parking space a couple of minutes walk away. We were very comfortable throughout our stay and thoroughly enjoyed a few days in Steven’s home.

We absolutely loved our stay in the house and in Newlyn. The house is beautiful - it’s tastefully decorated with quality furnishings, lovely decor, and nice kitchen equipment. It always seemed to have exactly what we needed - sockets in sensible places, milk in the fridge, bedside tables etc! Best of all though is the views from the back of the house - the weather and activities in the harbour are always changing so we could sit and stare out the window for a long time! Lots of good places to eat in Newlyn too - only a short walk from the house. We would love to stay again!

As a family of 4 the property was ideal, it had all the amenities required for our 4 day stay. The property is stunning, so tastefully furnished and decorated, it is in a prime location with stunning sea views. Its location is great for strolling into Penzance and a short car journey to local sites, such as the Minack theatre, which is well worth a visit as well as St Ives. We were luckily enough to meet Lenn during our stay, he knows the area well and gave some great suggestions as well as being a great host, we found the property easily and followed Lenn’s instructions to a tee, we would recommend Lenn and Gord’s beautiful property, and was very sad to leave it to come home, a stunning find x

Lovely house in quiet square with a pub on the corner! Big kitchen, not that we cooked much as so many great places to eat! We had such a lovely time we extended our stay - twice! Mark was great with dealing with all our questions & requests. Great location, meaning you can walk round town no problem. But having parking permit real bonus, although don't forgot to display as we got a ticket! Also great base for exploring - St Ives, Lands End, Sennen Cove & Newlyn have great Fish 'n' Chips. Eden project is only just over an hour away depending on traffic. We walked across to St Michael's Mount & got a little boat back which was fun. So much to do! All the locals were very friendly and offered recommendations. Will be back as couldn't do everything in a week!

Superb value for money. The place was pristine, quiet and offered superb views of St Michael's Mount Bay with great access to all the local beaches and attractions. The parking situation was a little tricky, mainly due to having a big car and me being a bit crap at parallel parking, but Tom gave very clear instructions about this which helped a lot and by the end of the trip I had got some much needed practice in. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to visit a stunning part of Cornwall, my mother-in-law had a fabulous 60th Birthday and I enjoyed a lovely first Father's Day with my daughter, thank you very much for having us Tom and we hope to visit again soon!

we had a perfect week at Penlerick a beautiful cottage by the sea. it felt like being at home, and we loved this place. perfect setting above the beach, amazing views, sound of the waves was lovely. very comfy bed, everything we needed in the kitchen, lovely decor throughout. we will be back x

Alison's kind hospitality & welcoming was excellent & the accommodation was stunning & immaculate. If you like a quiet location it's ideal but travelling across Cornwall is no problem as main rd's are accessible from Helston. Alison gave us some good recommendations for restaurants which we tried & were delighted with.

We had such a fantastic time at this Air BnB. Mary is a wonderful host and so helpful and friendly during our stay. The location is fabulous, within walking distance to Penzance, Newlyn and Mousehole (scenic walks too!) The place itself is beautifully decorated and clean not to forget the views are wonderful! We very much enjoyed our morning tea watching the boats across the water. The bed is super comfortable and all amenities are as described if not better. We will definitely be returning! What a gem of a place and the loveliest host!

Lovely apartment. Light and bright with a real seaside feel with the decor. The view is beautiful. Everything you need is in the apartment and it is conveniently located for St Ives and the surrounding area

As soon as we walked through that door we could see the beautiful sea and we were just in awe of the place. The location is 10/10, the apartment is stunning and so quiet and we didn’t really notice that we had neighbours which was lovely and made it feel private which is what we look for in a place. Cornwall as whole as well is just stunning and we HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking at it. We have found a special place and we will hopefully come back again and again. This is our happy place. We were so sad to leave as we had such a beautiful holiday. A lot of special memories made. The parking was very good, covered and easy to use, self check in is favourable, the checking in and out time is reasonable and the communication was very good. The train is so useful and we actually enjoyed watching that go by, the walking is amazing, the beach is beautiful, the views from the window and patio are amazing. The sofas and bed are very comfortable which is rare. Thank you so much.

This studio suited us very well. It felt spacious with very cleverly chosen furnishings - lots of storage and a well-equipped kitchen. Susi and Graham's attention to detail and generous supply of things like olive oil, tea and coffee, salt and pepper grinders etc make such a difference the feel of a place - you don't have to waste time shopping for basics. It was spotlessly clean too. It is easy to find and quiet, and the walk down into St Ives is easy (there is always the bus for the return!) Susi and Graham were very welcoming but not at all intrusive. We hope to return soon

My wife and I had a marvelous one week stay in this cosy and tranquil condo with panoramic views of gorgeous Carbis Bay and easy access to public transport, including the local rail service that runs between St Ives and St Erth just five minutes walk downhill. Spotlessly clean and well provisioned, with a huge light filled kitchen featuring newer appliances, and one of the bathrooms conveniently located downstairs. It was such a pleasure staying in a place reflecting pride of ownership and professional management, creating a thoroughly enjoyable guest experience. The master bedroom mattress was a bit too soft for us, but we seem to be the outliers based on reviews. Highly recommend.

Lovely and comfortable spot overlooking the the beautiful bay and harbor. Gorgeous views from the big window and the place has everything you need for a short stay in St Ives. Good location very close walking distance to the beach and central town. Jacob was a very helpful and responsive host and the house notes /directions are very clear. There's no parking in front of the house but the nearest public lot is about a 5 min walk away. Would recommend this sweet spot!

The studio is beautifully presented and very extremely clean. Toiletries and linens are lovely and Elizabeth goes above and beyond in providing extra ‘incidental’ items that are so useful - spare toothbrushes, spectacle wipes etc. For wet days there is a large selection of reading and games material. We had everything we needed but I also felt that Elizabeth would respond immediately if there were any issues whatsoever.

We had such a lovely stay! The accommodation was as described, really clean with beautiful art. The view from the garden was stunning. Jane was so friendly & helpful from the moment we booked. Carbis Bay beach is a short walk away with restaurants looking out over the sea. It's so easy to get around, the station is a quick walk away & less than 5 minutes to get into St Ives. The location was perfect for us, we spent a day travelling around to Lands End & St Michael's Mount. Everything was perfect, would definitely recommend & would love to stay again!

We were lucky enough to spend seven days in Beth's beautiful apartment. Now we say goodbye with a smile and a tear in our eye. The tear in our eye says "time to say goodbye," even though we don't want to leave just yet. The smile in our eye expresses our enthusiasm for our stay. We received a warm welcome; we lacked nothing. Beth has thought of everything. The apartment is a dream. And so is the view from the terrace. You could spend hours there, unwinding and watching the hustle and bustle on the beach. If you don't know Perranporth, you should definitely visit this little town. But even if you want to come back again, you should let this accommodation convince you. Booked this Airbnb for a group of colleagues working in the area, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was excellent—convenient, close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the entire process, and check-in was incredibly easy and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.

Fantastic location with amazing views. Outstanding beach and only a five minute walk to the incredible Minack theatre. Very spacious apartment, spotlessly clean with excellent facilities. We had a brilliant holiday, felt like we were abroad. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Hope to revisit.

A lovely little flat which was very clean and well equipped. Eleanor was friendly and helpful. The welcome pack was a nice touch. Very handy location near the Art school. I would not recommend to a nervous driver though. Difficult entry and exit.
