Lovely little apartment very quiet and just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The description is better than the photos You can barbecue outside in the small private courtyard behind . The apartment is very complete ,you will have what you need in the kitchen ,for your small pet or for your children Emmanuelle is a very nice host,responsive and always available ,go there without a second thought, really you won't be disappointed. The apartment was impeccable, clean and with everything you need, including some complimentary details (coffee, tea, bottle of wine...). The accommodations that have been made in the house have achieved very good results. The area where it is located is very quiet, although the narrow streets make it difficult to reach by car. The rooms are enough for about 6 people with spaciousness. There are three full bathrooms. And a terrace that, in good weather, goes very well for eating, sunbathing or barbecuing. The host, Priscille, very kind and always ready for what was needed. In sum, very good option, a few kilometers from Beziers.

the location is ideal especially in high season because surrounded by several places of leisure. the appartment is cocoon, the memory bed is surprising because at first it seems soft but frankly we slept very well. We were able to do a great walk to the pretty port. I recommend this apprenticeship Jessica is a super nice host, the explanations by video were very clear

The penthouse is exactly as pictured, beautiful, large and in a very peaceful environment. We had a great time, there is plenty of room to be perfectly comfortable for 9 people. The location is perfect, quiet in the heart of nature, and close to many places to visit.

Great 3 day weekend at Fred & Josy's. Accommodation matches the photos: clean, tastefully decorated, well-equipped. I was not able to take advantage of the terrace, but in summer it must be great! Fred and Josy are welcoming and available for any requests. The area is very quiet with access to the beach and supermarkets in 5 minutes by car. Comfort: place to park in the property with a secure and automated gate. Recommended!

From booking to departure, everything worked great and uncomplicated. Marie goes to great lengths to provide the guest with a great experience. Everything was as described in the photos and nothing was missing. Communication was impeccable and very fast. To mention as a real highlight is the Jacuzy on the private private terrace. The place is also great for dogs as it is quiet and everything is fenced. We would book and recommend this location again anytime!

Patricia and Luc are very welcoming and responsive. Communication with them went very well. The place is like new, and we greatly appreciated the air conditioning and the enclosed garden in the shade of olive trees. Big plus for us: that the hosts accept dogs. The studio is well located for discovering Herault.

We were hosted very well, the hosts had taken care to put water and a melon in the fridge for our arrival. The apartment is in a good location, we were able to do everything on foot. Communication is very easy. We recommend these truly caring hosts.

We had a very nice week in a clean and very well-equipped apartment. A big plus for the shaded terrace and the delicious figs! The accommodation is very well located, close to beaches, shops and the port. Everything is in walking distance. What a pleasure! This is a beautiful apartment, well furnished and gorgeous outdoor area with a pool. Unfortunately the weather was not too good while we were there so we didn’t get to use it as much as we would have liked. The town is very peaceful and easy to walk around. There is a small grocery that you can pick up a few basics close by. Everything was extremely clean and the furniture very comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return. Communication was excellent! Thank you Thomasina!
