Beautiful location and the hosts were so helpful throughout our stay

Stunning view of the sea AND the mountains! Super clean place in a quiet corner. I especially enjoyed visits from a beautiful, friendly and adventurous tuxedo black kitty I call TopCat during my week-long stay. The covered patio is just absolutely amazing - the hammock beckons if you are craving chill time. (:

perfect place to stay - worth the money just for the access to the beach - see you next year. :)

• The house is big, the rooms are big, there are two full bathrooms, a full sized kitchen, and a washing machine (note: everything on the machine is in Greek, so we had to use Google Translate). Coming from Santorini, and going to Athens after, the amount of space in the house was a welcome change. • The views (especially sunrise) from the back terrace are beautiful. • The host responded quickly to any questions we had and was proactive in trying to make sure we were happy. • The drive to Chania was 20-30 minutes depending on the time of day, but we rented a car and didn't mind driving in order to stay somewhere quieter. • The house is a little secluded in the hills of Marathi, which was great for us, but might not be the best for someone who requires a "walkable" location. However, it was only a 15 minute walk to Marathi and Loutraki beaches, and only 2 minutes by car.
