It is located in a central point 10 minutes from the city center, next to the national road that leads you to all the beautiful villages of the province as well as to the beautiful beaches of our Prefecture. You will not miss anything, because everything is close to you, hairdresser, pharmacy, rental cars, large supermarkets, restaurants, cafes... In just a few minutes on foot you are in a beautiful park in a forest surrounded by sandy beaches. There you can do various activities, such as walking, running, beach volleyball courts, racket courts, beach tennis, there are 2 tennis clubs, golf course, bowling, as well as surf school, sup. Everything is within walking distance, making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The property is located just 10 minutes from the city center.
