We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property! The location is unbeatable — we spent most of our time on the beach, enjoying the beautiful sunsets right outside the door. It's a perfect spot for both families and groups of friends. The place is clean, comfortable, and having parking available was definitely a big plus. Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. If you are looking for a serene place with calming vibes and gorgeous tropical climate then please book a stay.

Property is very nice, very nature friendly yard, the care taker is extremely nice and accommodating. The rooms are exactly as pictured. Calm and relaxing location. We cant wait to go back to enjoy the place again. I highly recommend this place.

The flat is pretty good with beautiful view of backwaters. One can enjoy the scenic beauty sipping tea sitting in the balcony. Main hall should have Air-conditioning which will make it more comfortable. Overall it’s a peaceful well maintained nice place.

I stayed for one night for an important call during my time here and for me it was a very worthwhile stay. Overall it was comfortable and clean and a good experience. The room is well insulated from street noises compared to many other places I’ve stayed. The bed linens and towels smelled and looked freshly washed. The AC unit was amazing and necessary, also was nice to have a ceiling fan as well. The host was responsive and able to immediately help when called upon. Most importantly, the wifi was good and stable throughout the course of a long call.

I stay in 2 night first day there is no Air condition work only fan due to the heavy rain that day in kottayam power supply intruptted so that whole building running in generator however our place is very nice.

Aparna is friendly super host and quick responsive. Location is very close to main road and less than 4 km from the Kottayam town and railway station. We liked the apartment and it’s very spacious, all amenities are provided. Highly recommended for others.

This was our second visit at Biju's. A lovely and very well appointed executive apartment with a spacious master bedroom, 2 ACs that function well and a big screen smart TV. Biju has provided it with all things one could need for a long term stay, down to toiletries, mineral water and tea/coffee, which he replenishes as required. It's these little details that sets this place apart from many other vacation rentals. Biju is always responsive and super helpful while allowing you complete privacy. The caretaker Surabhi keeps the building very clean and is always available for any housekeeping needs. The rooftop terrace is done up well and is perfect for get togethers or just to relax in the evenings. Great apartment in a great location! I really recommend this place when staying in Kochi!! Thanks Biju for making our stay a memorable one!!
