It is only 2 km from the centre of Maragogi, 45 km from Tamandaré and Carneiros and 80 km from Porto de Galinhas. It has 3 parking spaces within the condominium. It has a volleyball/beach tennis court on the beach. It is next to a marina that has nautical equipment for rent.
