Chalet with one bedroom, with a double bed and a sofa bed in the bedroom, a bathroom suite/social, kitchen integrated with the living rooms, TV, refrigerator, grill, cooktop and basic kitchen utensils. A seaside cottage near bars, restaurants and a number of beaches that you can get to in a few minutes. It will be a pleasure to welcome you to this Brazilian Caribbean. Excelente casa a beira mar em frente ao caminho de Moises, garagem para dois carros 4 quartos todos com ar condicionado área de churrasco e uma varanda com vista para o mar maravilhosa. Casa dedetizada a cada 3 meses com certificado. A casa fica cerca de 10 metros do mar e próximo dos points mais badalados de Maragogi. Casa muito próxima de mercados padarias restaurantes ótima opção para quem nao quer ficar andando de carro, admire o caminho de Moises da varanda e uma vista maravilhosa do mar.
