The house has 340m2 of built area, combining the rusticity of a beach house, quite wood, handicrafts and with high finishes, has 5 bedrooms, with 4 en-suites, all with a balcony and 3 with direct sea views. 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with a single bed that join and become a king. All 4 en-suites have a trundle bed.
