Excellent beachfront house opposite Caminho de Moisés, garage for two cars, 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning, BBQ area, and a balcony with a wonderful view of the sea and Caminho de Moisés. The house is about 10 metres from the sea and close to the most popular spots in Maragogi. The house is very close to markets, bakeries and restaurants – a great option for those who don't want to be driving around. Admire the best of the sea and the Caminho de Moisés, and at night, a beautiful illuminated street for a walk 🌊

🏡 Ideal for couples and small families looking for comfort, convenience and a great location (I live in the city, in the Carvão neighbourhood). 📍Just 1 block from the centre, 5 minutes from the beach and 2 blocks from the waterfront. Near markets, restaurants, pharmacies. The bus stop for the Vans is on the corner. 🚗 Private parking, air-conditioned room, kitchen, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix, terrace with hammock, laundry area, a comfortable, quiet space to rest, take a walk or even work during your trip.
