Holiday rentals with beach access in Mar Vista, Los Angeles

Tano’s place is very cute and clean. We appreciated being able to walk a couple blocks to lots of restaurants/bars/shops. Although we didn’t get to spend much time at the apartment since we were on the move the whole time, we would definitely return for a more leisurely stay.

This was a great location, I travel to Santa Monica frequently for business, the place has a great location, convenient, easy to go in and out, pretty convenient, great ammenities

I had a great stay at Venice! The room is convenient, cosy and kept us cool in the heat! Location is right by the beach and has a lovely little view. Can be a bit of noise in the morning from a garage nearby but honestly did not bother me. Communication and check-in information was nice and clear and I thought the place was very well priced for the location! Couldn’t have asked for more!

Michael and his team were very attentive and responsive. The location is ideal and I appreciated the security and garage entrance.

The stay at Steve's place was pleasant in every aspect. The location of the accommodation is great, the metro is just a few minutes' walk away and you can also easily walk to the Santa Monica Pier. The accommodation had everything we needed and there were also beach towels. The contact with Steve was uncomplicated and very friendly. A definite recommendation all in all!

This property was our family's favourite in their entire trip to California. The place is exactly what it looks like. It's gorgeous, well-maintained and walking distance from the beach. It has plenty of amenities too. If you plan to cook your own food, you might have to drive a little or door dash your groceries. We really enjoyed our stay!

Peaceful location on the Venice canals. Sweet little place with an adorable kitchen. Everything you need for a nice getaway. Bed was comfortable. Very walkable along the lovely canals and close to beach and restaurants. Host was very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

Perfect for a family visit to Venice beach and an amazing base to for the greater valley. Toys, beach, and great restaurants. We had a great stay!

Shell House was the perfect stay to end our road trip! Courtney has been an ideal host, no question was too much, she was always quick to respond and so accommodating. The house it’s self was so idilic and the aesthetic fit the location. It was close to the beach and Abbott Kinney BL for shops, coffee and restaurants. We would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone considering a visit to LA to book Shell House.

Toni’s place is beautifully done with many amenities already furnished. Nice assortment for your morning coffee (Keurig k-cups) hot chocolate or various teas and sugar or sweeteners. The king size bed is in a very large bedroom and very comfortable. Another day bed is available. Full size kitchen. Bathroom is very large and the shower is spacious with a nice seat. The yard is private and we enjoyed sunning ourselves. We would very pleased with the fine accommodations and would certainly return again if possible.

We loved Mermaid Manor. The house was as described and we felt right at home. Coni was friendly and communicative, and we enjoyed her dog, too. We enjoyed the pool and loved the pool lights at night. We also liked being able to walk to nearby coffee shops. Overall, we had a great time and hope to stay again.

It’s rare that you step foot into a house and feel at home. And that’s exactly how I felt the moment I entered. Everything was perfect. From hopping on a call with me before I was there to making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time here and I definitely want to return again. This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Perfect location, right in the heart of things. Immaculately clean. I love that you can see some of the ocean and sunset from the dining room and kitchen. Very spacious.

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.
