Rosenlundsstugan is a modern cottage in the Rosenlund area in Jönköping, only 3 km from the city center. The cottage is beautifully located near the southern shore of Lake Vättern. Proximity also to Elmia, Rosenlundsbadet and Husqvarna Garden. You rent a completely detached cottage with a living room with kitchen counter and kitchenette, toilet with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Cozy cottage on a horse farm in a scenic village in the countryside. Cozy and well-planned accommodation with two large and two small bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher, etc. Beautiful nature around the corner and barely 15 minute drive to Jönköping. Undisturbed balcony and patio with direct access to a large garden with fruit and berries. Cycling distance to swimming area. 15 minute drive to Jönköping, 20 minutes to Elmia. 2.5 km to a child-friendly swimming area. 20 km to Hooks Manor with golf courses. 50 km to Isaberg.

Log cabin outside Jönköping overlooking Granarpssjön. You have access to the dock, swimming raft and boat (boat with electric motor 50 SEK/day) The lake is about 10 meters from the cabin. You'll even have access to the wood-fired sauna on the property. The accommodation is well-suited for families of up to 4 people. There are wonderful hiking/biking opportunities in the area. Taberg, a 15-minute bike ride away, has a nature reserve with several hiking trails. Jönköping is 15 km away. The property has its own patio.

Tree house in the Småland forest

A unique and peaceful accommodation in the middle of the forest. In this tree house, you live up among the trees in a peaceful and quiet place with animals, birds and nature as neighbors. Here, the noise level is quiet, it smells like forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it is important to protect the ecological and local.

Welcome to Ekåsen, a rural place 28 km southwest of Jönköping. In the house of 80 sqm there are 6 sleeping places. 2 beds in the bedroom, 2 beds and sofa bed in the living room. Cot is available to borrow. The house has a laundry room with washer and dryer as well as good storage areas. Please note that sheets/towels are not included but can be rented at a cost of 100kr/person. You clean and leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Cleaning can be ordered at a cost of SEK 500. Warm welcome!

50 - 100 meters from swimming and fishing lake, access to rowing boat. In addition, access to the wood-fired sauna. You may carry water to the cabin, about 40 meters. External summer shower. Incinerating toilet in separate house directly adjacent to the cabin. Golf courses nearby. Ski resort about 20 km. Shops about 10 km. There are sheets and towels for rent, cost SEK 100 per occasion. In case of arrival after 21:00 the guest is allowed to check in without the assistance of the landlord.

Here, as a guest, you sleep high up in the treetops and wake up to birdsong. Through the large windows, you can enjoy forest views as far as the eye can see. Here, you have the opportunity for maximum relaxation, but for those who want more activity, the accommodation is a good starting point for day trips.

Guesthouse by lake

Get close to the nature and enjoy the tranquility of our newly built (2023) guesthouse. The guesthouse is located on the same property as the main house that also rented out. The property offers a private beach with jetty for swimming, and wood-fired sauna right on the lake. The forest is outside the step so is good for the mushroom and berry picker. The lake also offers good fishing for the interested (perch, pike and zander) - or why not canoeing.
