L'era d'en Jepet, countryside home near Barcelona

Typical catalan countryside house, recently refurbished maintaining its original charm and character. It is settled in the heart of the Penedès wine area, the perfect place to relax only 30min away from Barcelona, close to Montserrat, lots of great cellars to go wine tasting and next to the Club de Golf Barcelona. This building is part of an old Catalan farmhouse dating back to the early 15th century. It has been renovated in several phases, the last one in 2018. Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the renovation has resulted in an apartment attached to a swimming pool and an attached two-story house.
