L'era d'en Jepet, countryside home near Barcelona

Typical catalan countryside house, recently refurbished maintaining its original charm and character. It is settled in the heart of the Penedès wine area, the perfect place to relax only 30min away from Barcelona, close to Montserrat, lots of great cellars to go wine tasting and next to the Club de Golf Barcelona. We are in the heart of Les Guilleries, at 950 m altitude in a "Protected Natural Space". It's a great place to rest and do activities. It is a restored farmhouse, with cozy, updated spaces and a rustic air. The environment allows you to isolate yourself from the world, (9 km of forest track in good condition). The nearest urban centre is 18 km away, but it is also close to interesting places to visit (historical, cultural, gastronomic...). The meadow is an extension of the apartment.

Rural apartment with pool. (Garrotxa)

This building is part of an old Catalan farmhouse dating back to the early 15th century. It has been renovated in several phases, the last in 2018. Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the rehabilitation has resulted in an apartment attached to a pool and an attached two-story house. The most garden house complex, plus the surrounding forest could be defined as a combination of medieval civil architecture, updated with modern materials and design details.

The Mill of Besalú (House with garden)

The only isolated holiday accommodation house in the beautiful historic complex of the medieval town of Besalú, considered one of the most beautiful towns in the country. The former home of the miller's family has three exterior spaces (porch, garden and large orchard) and two floors: the lower one with a living/dining room and open kitchen and the upper one with a bathroom and three bedrooms. Quality finishes and decoration typical of a typical country house.

Era. Perfect for couples in a unique environment

La Era de Cal Peró is a two-storey house with capacity for two people. On the first floor are the bedroom and bathroom. An interior staircase leads to the second floor, where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located. The living room has sound equipment and television. You can put a foldatin in case you go with a child. Two large windows allow you to go out to a large terrace with garden table and chairs overlooking the entire valley.

La Guàrdia - El Molí

LA GUARDIA is a 70 Ha farm and forestry estate, 45 km from Barcelona and 50 km from Girona. Close to the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park and the Montseny Biosphere Reserve. A time for disconnection, where everything is designed to have a certain idea of an ideal vacation: enjoy a space surrounded by fields, oak forests and dirt roads to walk around.
